This place is great to store your belongings. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Explained to me and my wife what to expect from the beginning with moving in and out so there would be no surprises.
I'm a pissed customer. My house is not ready yet , so my things been in for months. I pay 262 every month now all of a sudden I get a email saying balance due is 334.00 is this legal. Tried calling no answer because the employees hardly even be in there. If you catch them it will be for about 2 to 3 hours there in there. I been calling and calling I am pissed. Then I was told you get a 6 day grace period. You lose access if your pay isn't received by the 6th. And you will be charged a 50 late fee. So I called said I am moving my things out. No one was in the office once again . To explain anything in which I was told someone was supposed to be. Do you know my TV is fudged up and food ripped thru cloths smelling like a basement had to wash everything. Plus then they had the nerves 2 days after I removed my things said you have to pay 267.00 . I said y'all crazy I left that storage in great condition. She said no because we was suppose to do a walk through after you move out. So she said it's gonna be sent to collections. These people are tripping . Who charges someone for moving there things out and no one was in the office to even let me know anything

We were very proud to go into an establishment and see a young person so willing to work, not on their cell phone, she was knowledgeable of her profession and shared information freely. They keep raising the rent every couple of months!!! Went from $124 to $167!! Got it reduced back to $124 and 3 months later they jacked it back up to $167!! But overall the staff are very helpful and accommodating and try to help in any way they could but it was out of their control!!

There was a issue with my bank concerning my payment. Once that was resolved, I called Public Storage to discuss the matter at hand. Anthony was extremely professional and quite understanding. He was empathetic to my situation, and he walked with me step by step through some processes to resolve my issue. At 5801 public storage on Reisterstown rd Ms. Natasha is so awesome and needs a raise. My storage was at auction today and I didn’t have my full payment and I only had half and she spoke to Mrs Kim and they helped me by taking the half payment and stopping the auction. My rental was fast smooth thanks to management on site I’m glad I chose public storage
Place stays clean but please fix the buggy elevator! You don't know if it is coming or going and sometimes you worry about getting stuck on it! Repair now.
With the recently installed new and quicker operating elevators, the process of loading and unloading is much more efficient. However, the condition of the moving carts provided could be improved. One of the still operating moving carts was broken down the middle with splayed angled wheels. A bit risky to use but hopefully this broken cart will be replaced soon!

Liked this place at first but it seems like there is never anyone in the office when you go there and no one answers the phone or returns calls. Had an emergency and needed to get into my unit but couldn’t because a lock was placed on it due to a late payment that had been paid for over a week and of course no one was there to help even though it was well before 6 pm when they close. Having someone on site everyday during business hours would be extremely helpful!

A rip off they closed my unit on me in 6 days, i never got to use the unit now getting the runaround for my refund talking bout $5 refund I paid over $100, never used or put anything in the unit, a rip off

This storage company must have a new owner. This company can't keep the area clean there is trash all over the ground. Some of the people that store their belongs throw trash on the ground and management don't say a thing. I never see management protecting the area
Shakur is a wonderful asset to your company. He has good manors , great customer service , smells amazing and he also help me with getting a storage for my neice. If you go in there ask for Shakur he’s the best!
