Avoid at all costs. Narrow hallways make it a nightmare bringing in and out items. They have hundreds of units here and only 4 small carts for everyone to use and most of the time there is a couple carts missing. The worst part is they will offer you a reasonable price and then double it a few months in. Find someplace better.

Sandy is amazing great place and clean
1) the units are not available 24/7. While this isn't advertised much, they quietly say that you cannot be at your unit after 9pm
2) the worst customer service. Hopefully you don't ever need the office, because 6 out of the 6 times I have tried to talk to someone on-site (during office hours), the doors are locked and no one is around. If it wasn't close, I wouldn't be here
I cannot thank Sandy enough for the help she's given me in securing one, then a second unit in Medford. I've not rented a storage unit before and she make the process very easy, answering all my questions along the way.
UPDATE: I've been coming in and out of the Public Storage facility for several months now. I've been impressed with how clean and well maintained the site is. She showed me to the elevators and when I was gone for a while (I had been struggling with the lock) she came to find me and helped me find my way back out. She even printed out a map for me to find my way to my unit easier. I really appreciated her and it made the experience so wonderful!

However on the coldest morning of the year when I tried to access my unit on the Sunday morning, January 21st, my access code would not work. I phoned and left a voicemail message at the office. Nobody called me back all day Sunday. Thanks to my mover we were eventually able to crack the code and gain entry.

We moved from the Everett location to Medford and it was the best thing we did. The costumer service in Medford is worth the hassle of moving. Sandy is always there to help, she's kind and very caring. We rented 2 units there and she didn't hesitate on helping us making sure both units were on the same floor and close for easy access. You can see Sandy every time you go there, as she's always walking around. Honestly, it's just great! Everett location the office was always locked and they kept the carts inside the office, and it happened to me that I needed the cart for a quick run to my unit and I was told it was close to closing time and they couldn't let me use it, 20 min before closing time.
5+ star experience!! My mother’s health began to deteriorate and I was immediately faced with helping her move her apartment into storage. I was stressed out about my mother’s health and being from out of state, it only amplified my emotions. Sandy at the storage unit helped me every step of the way to make this difficult time easier. Sandy made sure I knew how to access the unit, and how to provide access to local family members as well. Sandy reassured me throughout the entire process. The public storage unit has been working out extremely well since then. This is an excellent service, in which I’d recommend. Sandy is an amazing person who really went above and beyond. They’ll be happy to take your money and smile when you pay them their outrageous fees. If you miss one months payment, your stuff will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. And Sandy is malicious! Buyers beware. Take your business elsewhere to save you a headache and money.

The business model seems to be to increase the price literally every month after the initial 3 month term expires, and hope you don't notice or do anything about it.

I am writing today to express great praise for the customer service received from this location. I was perplexed to find a local facility, with multiple open units, for a multitude of climate controlled storage needs for our institution - and was fortunate to find some at this location.
Sandy is the name that you want to engrain into your brain if you need something here - as she is the primary onsite contact when you need to check current stock of units, take an onsite tour, discuss pricing and terms with corporate, gain assistance maneuvering through the online booking system, understanding the insurance offerings, gaining access to the units, etc.
Sandy assisted me in securing 10+ units for our given need and i am forever grateful for her efforts. It is truly a welcoming feeling when you have a pressing question and you can obtain an immediate answer by simply calling this individual. She is a breath of fresh air actually, always focused and friendly -- and never tired of my lists of questions and clarifications. She took the time to help me understand what was being offered, how to acquire it and followed up later to ensure we secured everythng we needed. In a world of unanswered voicemail messages and text messages, it's a beautiful experience when you hear this girls voice on the other end of the phone, as you know you are in good hands. I had to move my stuff into Public Storage last minute because my reservation with another storage unit company fell through on the day of my move. Public storage was a great place to store my items, and Sandy was particularly helpful when vacating the unit. Sandy was accessibly by phone call and answered all my questions. We actually saw her on person as we were moving our stuff out of the unit, and she was again extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend public storage because of its great facilities and staff!

We just rented a unit so haven't had long term experience, but the place seems clean and well-run with reasonable rates. What is most impressive though is the interaction with Jay the manager on duty when we were there. She could not be more accommodating and helpful, and friendly. Jay made the transaction enjoyable.
Update. The rent increases at this place reek of greed. My rent way more than doubled in five years. Thank god I checked my credit card bill, or I'd not have realized the unit I started off paying just over $200 for now was costing me over $500/month. It also bothers me that they charge a new customer perhaps 15% less than a faithful long time customer.
I do want to say I wish I'd talked to SANDY prior. When I asked to negotiate a better deal for rent prior to this, it was useless. $500 a month for 200 sq feet was just crazy. Sandy was willing to help me, and if I hadn't already found a much bigger unit for much less money, I might have just stayed.
The storage space was amazing and Sandy was a wonderful person! She helped us with the moving, made the process very easy and helped with the promo offers too! She also helped bump us up to a better and more spacious storage room, it was a delightful experience.
