Very expensive, Hard to find someone there most of the time...prices hike every 6 months by alot....I began at $400 2 years ago and today I pay $697 and in 2 months it's going up again....NOT FOR ME!! IM LEAVING!!

I have rented storage units at this location on multiple occasions for extended periods over the last 10years. It has always been well managed, clean and easy to access. This location also tends to offer competitive rates in comparison to other storage facilities in the Boston area. Highly recommend!
These facilities are clean and well maintained. Have to call out Deborah—she is awesome! After I scheduled my move out date, she proactively reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the facility and to coordinate my final details, including stopping my autopay. Overall, one of the best storage experiences I’ve had!

Really easy and convenient process I rented a 5 by 10 for 3-4 months and this was probably the easiest process for a young adult.
VERY clean place THANK YOU DEBBIE! ☺️ She works very hard to keep every hallway of every floor swept clean & mopped, waxed, all of it. Temperature control is amazing. It's a give in that's what people need, most places make you pay extra! Not here. The prices are very reasonable. Although I'm not thrilled about the way you have to set one up, given one price, then told a much higher price because "it's required, to open a unit, but if I call a manager within 30 days, I can get it taken off. We'll, each time I was there, the office was closed. I just realized their local number on the door, but get an automatic payment receipt. My 30 days just passed. UGH!!! IT'S NOT LIKE I WANT STORAGE TO BEGIN WITH. I NEED IT.
Other than that, the place is wonderful. Well worth it. The price is just not the price I was given, and got stuck with "required fees/add-ons" w/e. I think the traffic pays for more than that. BUT THANK YOU DEBBIE AND PUBLIC STORAGE! YOURE GREAT! ☺️

Deborah at 140 Broadway in Everett, Ma. is the very best worker I have come across in all the numerous years I have had to use storage. I can't say enough good things about her. She is quick to answer and help with any and all queries. She truly goes above and beyond for anyone who is lucky enough to have storage here. She also keeps both the inside and outside immaculate. That is always a big plus and shows that she takes pride in her work! Great job Deb. Please don't ever leave!

This place is a joke: There was a dead rat in my unit. I was misled thinking I could get a better rate online for extension, but my bad for not reading the fine print. I received a final email saying I owed nothing and then got a letter from a collections agency for 28 dollars a few weeks later. This was due to changing my unit I am guessing, but why wouldn't they just call me if I had a balance. Never again!

My English isn’t the best. But it’s not the worst. Harry was wonderful to work with. while I was there I had so many questions which Harry answered perfectly, and helped me figure out the best options for me.
Horrible location. Nobody is ever there to help and no support. I think a person is around for 1-2 hours out of the day max. I had my unit a year, they raised rates 60% during that time! Checked out the 2nd, billed the entire month. And worst part, I lost half of my stuff due to horrible MOUSE INFESTATION that chewed through boxes and, clothes, and furniture.
FRAUD!! They will keep billing you after you move out despite being informed that you vacated. Manager was asking to send them sensitive personal information by text or you keep getting charge...stay away from this place
Very unhelpful.
Stay away from this business. They have a very bad mice infestation. Went there yesterday and they had droppings everywhere and people are leaving food in the storage it seems. Debra said they are taking care of it and it has been over a year and still having the same issues. Also the place does not have good cell signal so you can’t even access the public storage app to open the gate!
Moving in and out of this storage facility was a breeze, especially with the easy online process and the super convenient location. Accessing my storage unit was as simple as it gets! Throughout nearly a year of storing my stuff, the support was top-notch. My things stayed in great shape—no funky fungus or damage, thanks to their climate control. Plus, no unwelcome bug or rodent visitors. I'd totally shout out this storage spot for being easy to reach, keeping things in great shape, and their awesome service.

I needed to rent a second storage unit in Everett but I was unable to complete the reservation via the app. I called the 800 number and they could not help me either. I was advised to go into the location office for help. Help me is an understatement. Debra calmly took charge and prevented me from any further stress (I had been trying to get into the app since yesterday). She explained everything to me and even offered to accompany me to the new unit. Debra definitely went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service! We need more Debras around!!

They put a double lock on my unit door for no reason. I don't have late payment or unpaid balance. I went to get my stuff, unfortunately the office was still closed @ 9:53 am on a Friday in Broadway everett. Is that nomal?

Great experience so far. Location is clean and modern with plenty of security features. Units are in great condition. THe staff is excellent -- Debbie met with me a few weeks ago to see the unit and get a reservation and Harry met with me today to get me started. Both were super kind, friendly, and effective at getting through the paperwork and procedures to use the unit.
I highly recommend. Pretty nice staff, super organized, clean place and the app super easy to access.

Harry is an exceptional sales representative. He graciously gave me directions as Google took me to Chelsea. He greeted me and took me directly to my locker and when we realized it was going to be too small, he was able to quickly and efficiently upgrade me to the next size. Never a problem been a customer for 7 years beware it's a typical cash machine the people who work here are rude. Af the owner. Is a c.un.# caught me changing my pants in my unit. And claimed I was. Staying in a 5'×5' then the odasity to bar me. After being a loyal. Customer. Beware. Take your stuff. Elsewhere. They broke. Into. My. Unit. And. Left. The remnants. Of said. Lock which. Only they sell. Inside. My unit. Found it after I moved out so truthfully. Store elsewhere.
Nice storage units and good price. Downside: trash dumpster locked. So customers can't use. Bathrooms (one for men and one for women) both are locked as well. What's the reason to have those bathrooms locked if those are there for customers use?. The manager is not handling that right.

I have been a customer for thirteen years and was planning on moving to a different facility because of cost. However, the manager who I spoke with, Paul, gave me some options I did not know about and saved me the hassle of moving.
Really nice space, I think pricing was reasonable and staff was always nice and friendly.

Worst experience. Moved in three months ago and booked online with promotion, they wanted me to do a transfer to a bigger unit on site. They will not go thru lease with you. With that being saying they charged me half rent extra because of that. I contacted them several times they say it doesn’t matter if I move in middle of the month because they don’t do pro-rated. Then I was like Ok that’s fine just let me know next time. And I booked move out on Oct 28 and hopped by the office, they say just stop by anytime when you wanna move out to the office. I was like ok I will do Nov 1st then. And before then that Debria mentioned I’ll have the 3-day grace period to move. That all sounds good until I moved out. They ask me to pay for the whole Nov 1st no matter what. It doesn’t make sense at all. They want you to do a transfer instead of moving to other facilities. They will do all means to keep you there and charge you more than what you needed. Worst experience. Once they know you are gonna move out they won’t treat you as a customer.
