Yesterday Ashley was an amazing help both on the phone and in person! She showed a level of customer service and professionalism severely lacking in most storage facilities and even other businesses!! She was friendly and courteous and very helpful taking the time to explain things to my son who was renting a unit for the very first time! She was very patient and had a very upbeat attitude smiling the entire time!! Very impressed with her level of customer service she went above and beyond!!
No one is ever on the premises to assist and never answers the phone. Purchased climate control unit and it is and has been extremely hot, with broken air conditioner all summer!

This has been by far my worst experience with a storage company every month my bill goes up. I was told today they would take a $20 fee off and went to pay my bill for the month and had to go to 3 different offices before I could find someone to give my money to l. Then went to go get into my storage unit and my code wouldn't work and was told to pay another $20 and I could get in. This is B.S. once I get my belongings out I will never do business again if this is how they choose to do business. The worst I say !!?
Nobody here will pick up a phone call or send a gate code I had to delay my move in and put everything behind schedule because I couldn't get any help.

Went in today looking to acquire a 5x15 unit and unfortunately they didn’t have any available but Alyssa, the employee there at the time, made the experience memorable and delightful. She was very informative and vocal when it came to policies and company standards. Despite the outcome today, I’d definitely return just to be helped by that associate again.

NOT Liking the FACT that to Gate has been broken for awhile now, So Anyone had Access because they been leaving the Gate wide open, and you can bet if you're unit is broken into, you'll have to hire a attorney to get Camera footage, Even if the CCTV is operable ???
