Recently I was in ne.ed of storage .public storage had a great locked in deal I could not pass up.
I lost the keys to my daughter's storage and had to buy bolt cutters to cut the padlock off. Me and my daughter couldn't even make a dent in the padlock. Melvin came to help. He could have given up because it was so difficult because of how small the space was for the cutters to fit. He finally got it off. He was so nice too. Thank you Melvin!!!!

Gate code never works for some reason, lady that works here is never in the office. Ever!!!! Even though her suv is here. Phone number sends you to someone that isn’t even at this location so when they transfer you to this location the same lady never answers the phone either. Place is an absolute joke

No one is on the property or in the office during posted office hours.
When you call the number on the door you get an answering machine. If you hold long enough a clueless customer service tech will try and call the property manager for you...and they also will get an answering machine.
First off, Ms. PAMELA provided me with excellent Customer Service my entire visit this afternoon. She corrected the lock issue I had and was just so welcoming. This is my 1st time using a storage facility and I am very glad Public Storage was available in my area. I am satisfied with the unit I selected for the items I have to store. HGivens 7/22/2023

Do not rent from here, or any of these storage units. They offer an introductory price and increase multiple times per year. In the last 16mo. our price has increased from $112 per month to $208. This is an insane increase! Their explanation is they increase their rates to stay competitive. I'm not sure who else has inflation of almost 100% in 16mo. I only wished I would have been warned!
We were also broken into, and they didn't ever produce the camera footage. (We new within 24hours when it happened)

So far it’s been a great experience only 1$ for the first month rent I got a 10x10 for only 30$ after the fees! And Tiffany in the office was very helpful and nice getting me set up to move my stuff in!

I can see that my stuff will be safe. The employees are good at making sure they don't let random people in. The place could use a better app sometimes my phone won't open the gate so I had to get a code I can.
My grandmother has a storage unit, we needed a extra one to store her apartment items in until she gets her new apt. Tiffany was great , she was very polite and patient. She waited until we pulled up even after the office was closed. Very good customer service.

I had to move my brother's stuff from there only because he passed away. But they were very understanding and helpful. I had misplaced the key and they helped me know how to remove lock and remove his items. They have always been very nice.
I've had one bad experience with them putting my payment on someone else's account and then wouldn't allow me in my unit. This was over a Thanksgiving weekend so I had to wait till the following Monday to get it all straightened out. I couldn't help but to wonder what if I hadn't shown up because I never received a phone call and it was all a mistake on thier end. They apologized but they had my unit set up for take over
Anyone thinking about renting a storage unit at public storage. I suggest you not use them because there's never Anyone there so you can pay your bill. It doesn't matter what time of day you go there, there's never anyone there. You can go in the morning or anytime before they close and guess what NO One is there. It's very irritating.

Awful Storage facility! Tons of bugs and mice in the units, my rate was raised without my knowledge, and they put my account on an "office hours only" restriction where I could not access my unit anytime after the office closed because I was "in my unit organizing for too long!" I have attached photos of mouse droppings all over my belongings in my unit! I would never recommend this place to anyone! It should be shut down!

Said the monthly fee wasn't paid and gave us a late fee. Went to pay the late fee after 2 weeks once I got paid and they auctioned off everything we had without notice.
