If your renting for a month or two it's Ok. Clean and Secure. However, No access after 6pm. The worst part is they will raise your rent randomly. Haven't been there a full year yet and they have raised it twice and now it's more than double the original price. Would not deal with as they rent the new units to people cheaper that there are charging the existing customers. Typical bait and switch.
I want to thank Dana for going out of her way and helping me with a complete I had! With the one in Jeffersonville indiana! She lesson to what a had to say! And got it taken care of for me she is the best! I been having trouble with the one in Jeffersonville indiana for a while I have been lied to over and over they take two payments out for the month of May! Thanks to Dana she got the job done I had to call the one in Louisville to get the problem in Jeffersonville indiana taken care of you are the best Dana!!

The absolute worst customer service.
The manager is rarely there.
When I tried to cancel my unit she was not there and the person on the clock was not able to properly cancel and refund my deposit of $199.
And now they're trying to tell me that it's too late to cancel even though I have an email from 4 days ago thanking me for doing the right thing at the right time.
These people close at 5:00 p.m. everyday and you do not have access to their facilities after 5:00 p.m..
This is the absolute worst facility if you plan on moving we all know that when you move it's all hours of the night.
Do not rent this space if you're trying to move and you plan on unloading your truck after 5:00 p.m..
If I could give this a negative rating I would.
They ran a payment after I emptied out my storage, and I couldn't get my money refunded. If you empty out your storage by the last day of the month, make sure you stop payment at your bank or get a new debit card one. I told them I would be out at the end of the month, but they still ran my card and texted me saying my payment was late!
Great storage! Isaiah is the best and very accommodating. He is attentive and quickly responds to Any of my inquiries timely, and the pricing is great! Thank you for being somewhere I can do business with comfortably. They also work with you if your payment is late and you need a little more wiggle room

I got a phone call today from a young women named Elizabeth letting me know that during her lock check this morning she found my unit with a lock on it but it’s wasn’t secured. She advised me that I could send someone else out there today to fix it. This is just one reason I’m glad I went with Public Storage.
Carrie was so helpful with my move in.
Well my unit has been broken into & stuff stolen. When they contacted me and let me know there was a problem. It seems that the cameras were not working at the time. The woman was rude & made it seem as if it was my fault. Than told me I had to have my things out or it would be auctioned or tossed. I have never been late or had any type of altercations with them. They have never replaced the lock or said they were sorry for the inconvenience. Instead has been disrespectful. I was told that it was a safe secure business that was monitored with cameras & had people living on sight 24 hrs & had dogs on sight when closed. So that it would be almost impossible to break into. Not the case. I would not recommend anyone use their storage units.
Carrie is such a wonderful person she has been helping me.with my storage unit and the drama over it. She is very reasionable and will try to help you out I highly recommend the people and staff here they are amazing.

It's always been a pleasure interacting with the folks at public Storage on blue lick road, Louisville KY. I've only been a customer for a short time but they have always been friendly and attentive to any questions or needs. Today I had the pleasure of working with Tim. I was switching units from a smaller to larger one. And he made the process seemless and pain free. Lol. Would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store belongings short term or for a longer time. They have indoor and outdoor units. Very reasonably priced.

Needed a place quickly and Carrie more then met my needs. Felt anxious about having to store some things so abruptly. They walked me through the process step by step which really calmed my anxiety.. I highly recommend this place.
If you don't mind your stuff being stolen then this is the place for you.
Two times my son's stuff was stolen, all of his Air force uniforms, clothes shoes guns, most everything he owns. They stole 2 kayaks, now I find that hard to believe the front office didn't see anything. I would not rent a unit from here ever. They are liars they are rude and they didn't help at all. Save yourself the hurt and don't rent from this money hungry company they don't care at alll they are Worthless. If I could choose no stars I would. You must have fake customers leave reviews. Please this is a rough place, your trying to make this place look good with those clean fake smiling people. I know the truth shame on you

It may not look like the prettiest new storage facility from the outside but this one is top notch. I have had stuff there for coming on nearly 3 years using one of their indoor storage facilities. In this whole time I never had problem one. The only time I even heard from them was when they called me saying on a routine inspection, my unit doesn't look properly locked. I came over and sure enough it was not due to my own error. All my stuff is in perfect condition. The temp and humidity have been perfect. GREAT Facility!

Pretty pricey. Doesn't have 2nd month free or half off like many places do. My biggest issue is that you can not access your unit after 5pm!!! That is crazy. Public storage all around Louisville let's you access it until 9pm. Not this one. And nobody mentions that.
