Vanetta, at the Greenbelt Hwy location, is one of the best property managers I’ve encountered. I’ve had several units at Greenbelt. She is very helpful and accommodating. Answers all questions and knows the property very well. Thank you Vanetta for all you do.

My experience this past weekend started with a call where I spoke to Miss Vanetta about available shipping boxes. She was very friendly and the info she provided was helpful. When I arrived at the facility, Miss Vanetta had what I needed ready and waiting for me. After a quick conversation and a good laugh, I was on my way. Although I didn't need a storage rental this time, I would do business at the Greenbelt location just based off the customer service.
Vanetta, the attendant in office, was tremendously helpful and friendly!!! I truly enjoyed speaking with her!! I hope to see and talk with her again when I’m at the facility!! Vanetta is a great asset to the company!

This was my first time having to rent a storage facility. Everyone was helpful.. The biggest & best help I got was From Vanetta Post.. she made things easier on a very hectic day… Was Very Polite & helpful… I was so Scattered brain & she made life easy for me. Great Place to store Your things.. I had stopped @ 2 other facilities & waited for over 1 hour @ the office…No One ever showed up.. NOT HERE!! Office was open!! Great Place!!

The unit price is decent with half off the first month and a few bucks off per month if done online.

Had some hiccups getting into our unit but employee Vanetta was very attentive and took care of everything for us.
You're not a good place to take anything that you owe to. Storage their communication skills just messed up. And they keep raising the rates. Truly not a good place to put anything in storage. They will cut your locks off without verifying or getting in touch with you. And then make you buy more locks if you catch up when you was supposed to been late when you're not late. So my suggestion to you is to find someone else better than public storage.

I rented a storage unit from them since 2019 and my unit was broken into three separate occasions. When trying to reach management. There's usually no one available or you hear back says later. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. And the rent hikes are astronomical for lack luster security.

Worst place to store your belongings. Too many break in, the worst part is they do not notify you that your belongings had been stolen. A great piece of no one cares about your property.

Dial office Deb broken in 2 weeks ago, the DVR was taken, so are units has not had camer's 10 for 2 weeks. So happens my unit that in broken into. That's not a fun feeling you would think. Putting cameras back on the place was the main priority.

They're always late taking my blue lock off. So I'm stuck another month. And my account started off $103 and now before late fees it's $130 from beginning. This is against our laws in any state

The storage units are clean and secure, you can add your own lock along with the lock that you purchase from the facility, I just rented the storage unit today, so that is all the information I can provide at this time.
Put my things in the the storage unit and everything was stolen the next day. Don't trust these folks. The ppl even live in the back of the office...weird...

Well my storage unit was ok until I went to move my items out of the unit may 22,2022 and they were wet molded and I didn’t get any pictures of the storage being wet cause I had people move me but you can see as we loading into the storage they tracking water on the truck we got those pictures but when I tried to go back out there to get pictures they rented it on the 29 and they never pick up phone I’m over this so I’m getting a lawyer

Can I just say that Brandon the property manager at the Greenbelt location was my knight in shining armor today. My car battery died on the location and he went over and beyond the call of duty to help me and I am forever grateful for him and I am so glad I rented from him.

I called the storage unit prior and spoke with Charles and he provided me all the Iinformation I was looking for. On the day I had reserved the unit, he made me out to be a liar, telling me things that did not match up with what he said on the phone. He was very rude, unprofessional and even lied and said he did not speak to me over the phone but earlier in the rental process he admitted he got my email wrong when he spoke to me on the phone. I was Told from someone else who rents through them not to do it because of this exact situation. I tried to give them a chance and the same situation happened to me. I would Definitely not recommend public storage if their employees are going to act in this type of way. I will Never do business with them. Charles is TERRIBLE!!!
