BEWARE!!!!!!! Locks are being cut off of units and items are being stolen, in my case my car was stolen out of a locked unit. Be mindful in renting storage units from this storage facility. The LMPD officer told me that this happens often and that someone even broke into the manager's residence, and that the fencing was just fixed a couple of days ago. Seems suspicious to me, but my advice is to find another storage unit.

Just wanted to give Allyson kudos for all the help yesterday. She really came through for our family during a stressful situation. So definitely 5 stars to Allyson and Public Storage, Breckinridge Lane facility in Louisville Kentucky.

If I could give more stars I would! Moving is already stressful and tiring on its own. Thankfully one less thing to stress about is the storage unit. I know that my belongings are in good hands at Public Storage. Very secure and clean. Kay and the rest of the team have all been so kind and helpful. They really do go out of there way to make there customers feel like they matter. I would highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rick was great and was able to resolve a rate adjustment issue I had in minutes. Glad to be a customer ! Edited. The rate adjustment never went into effect and getting. Charged double the original rate with absolutely zero resolution. You can never get in touch with management and their pricing is absurd.

I was supposed to receive the $1 first month /30% off deal..I paid $30 in November on move-in the next month I was charged $79.10 and $138.16. I moved out January 14th but I'm getting charged $128 on February 1st. I used the storage for 3 months but I'm being charged 4 times !!! There was also some white stuff all over my boxes that I stored that had fallen through the ceiling. If you don't want to be scammed stay far away, if you don't care about wasting your money then this is the perfect place for you

Kim was so helpful when I stopped by for info on renting a storage unit. I wish all businesses had a “Kim.” Life would be so much easier.

Kim was my angel last Saturday, when I was trying to get my stuff moved. I had to leave for a bit and she called to tell me a storm was moving in and was afraid my stuff would get soaked. I have used this storage facility for a year and a half and wasn’t always thrilled with the manager. She is so personable and understanding and is so helpful. She has definitely changed my view of Public Storage and the five star rating is due to her. All businesses need employees who care about their customers. I would now recommend this facility because of her kindness!!! Kiddos Kim, you made a stressful situation bearable. Thank you.

Kim was so thoughtful and caring when she assisted me with getting a storage unit. She went above and beyond in making sure I had what I needed (unit and lock), explaining the paperwork (and providing a copy of it), making sure I knew how to use the gate code, and showing me where my unit would be. 10/10 definitely recommend! :)

Kim at the Breckinridge Ln. location was amazing. She changed my reservation after we viewed the original unit, which was too small. She upgraded the unit without any issues. She was super pleasant and knowledgeable.

I'm totally disappointed in this place I paid for my storage when I got it and somehow they took the money off my card and when they did they put it back on it without me knowing if it and the next month I receive a call saying it happen to several people but I have to pay regardless and I didn't have it because I paid to move in an apt and so they locked it and now I have a dead line or I lose all my kids stuff of 28 years pictures and all I'm so upset it's unfair

Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I rented out a storage unit a 5x10 to be exact as I was moving out back in October price came out to be $45 no issue. November came around and they were charging double the price I called and they said they had made a mistake?! According to them that was not the price, but they didn’t let me know in advance they just sent a text because that’s how they work 🥴 no apology nothing! I pay, and let it be no biggy.December comes around mind you my family has had Covid and no one in the house has been working I call them and let them know I will not be able to pay until January until we get back on our feet, they said there’s nothing they can do about it, I am willing to pay fees just so they can hold on a little longer. I get a phone call around mid January our things are going to auction on the 27th so I agree to try and pay before then… I go in the 26th and pay off $289 so we can save our things and they let me know that “corporate” had already popped the lock and the storage has no security ? So you’re telling me they came in before the actual date to pop open the storage for what? Even tho I had already agreed to pay before and explain to them our financial situation! Yes I did call corporate and like always they said there’s nothing they can do?
