Decent storage place, no real issues other than communication. The first issue we had was that they broke our lock because break ins were happening although our unit was not affected they still chose to break our lock before calling and asking. Second issue is the rent of our unit doubled in price unfortunately and we were never notified. Can never reach the office by phone.

The manager Samantha was OUTSTANDING! I was in a little bit of a spot, moving to Louisville and being told by my apartments that it was going to be an additional five days until my unit was ready. I got there just before close and she did everything she could to help me out, and I appreciate it so much! People are the most valuable resource a company can have, and Samantha is DEFINITELY one of you valuable resources!
Samantha was completely AWESOME !!!! I booked online, came in to check out unit. Me & my husband realized it wasn’t big enough for all of our stuff !!!! She cut right to the chase, found me an available unit that was BIGGER & wasn’t much of difference we had to pay for the upgrade. I’m still locked in with the promotional rate that they have as well !!! Samantha saved the day !!!! 5 STARS ALL ACROSS THE BOARD !!!!
