I recently had to shop around for storages for a family member and I strongly encouraged him to go to this storage because the Property Manager at this one is so nice. Very knowledge about the product she is selling and never skipped a beat. Don't have a bad day shopping storage places people don't like their jobs save yourself the hassle and go here first!
NO se los recomiendo este lugar, tengoun espacio rentando por 5 años,hoy ENERO 23,2024 Martes fui a ver algo ,lo habro mi espacio, sorpresa alguien me ROBARON,todo era un reguero y cajas vacías y abiertas todas las cajas, llamé a la MANAGER le dejé un mensaje jamás me llamó,tuve que llamar la POLICÍA y hacer un reporte, cómo me lo explicas??? Si solo la OFICINA de ese lugar y yo tenemos llave, 1042 30st, TAMPA -FLORIDA,son unos DESCARADOS,y son Profesionales MALo

The manager, Beau, reached out and discussed my concerns with me after I had left as a tenant. He genuinely seemed concerned with my feedback and said he would be reaching out to corporate to discuss. My main gripe was with an automated price increase that made my 5x10 unit more expensive than a full garage rental at my apartment complex.
Want to thank Michelle for all her hard work and dedication in helping my elderly parents with their storage recently.

Mary’s the best!!
This will be my last month renting from them. Im military it hasn't been added to my account. The manager not reachable and front desk isn't much help. Customer service line is ridiculous have been on hold over an hour. Storage is paid and can't access unit because the manager is not in. Drove over 2 hrs to get to my storage and im not able to get in it. This is ridiculous. And they raised the rental price at a moments notice I knew I should've moved to storage express when they did that. My other storage unit there price has been the same the whole time and there fees are clearly outlined in the beginning.
Michelle helped me find the right size unit and helped me set up the mobile app. Ask for Michelle...she is the best!!
