From the beginning of my process of renting my unit it’s been fantastic. After my online reservation I received a call from the location manager asking if I needed anything and giving me some great tips for storing my belongings. The day I moved my things in the unit I was greeted by Dave who gave me a warm welcome. He assured me that if I needed anything to contact him and he would be happy to help. He drove off in his golf cart waving and smiling. Customer service EXCEPTIONAL. I drove entirely through the grounds and of all the storage places I have ever seen this by far is the cleanest and most well kept places. I highly suggest considering this location even if it may be a few miles out of your way. Worth it

Dave was great! I needed 24hr access, and unlike other storage companies, no balls were dropped and no money was lost. That's much more than I can say about other facilities, and Dave had plenty of patience as I was downsizing from larger units. I don't recommend it for his sanity, but he dealt very well with my chaos, and has been very helpful in the process. So far, so good! Thanks, Dave! No complaints.

I am so, Pleased with the Customer service I've received from Dave the property manager. Really, Great Guy I have been a customer for about a year. I ran into some financial difficulty my payment was going to be a few days late. I was totally aware of the $33.80 late fee I had to pay. I called Dave to let him know my payment was going to be late. He was very Empathetic to my needs and waived the late fee for me. OMG!! That was such a relief from me during this time. Thanks Again! I reserved a unit online and the property manager Dave immediately called me and was so incredibly helpful and made the entire process super easy! Come move in day, we had a few questions and he met us at our unit and answered all questions and let us know he was there for us if we needed anything else. Highly recommend this storage unit!

Nice location and clean property. I showed up just before closing and David took great care of my storage needs. He was very professional and did not try to rush me through the process. He even took the time to make sure I found the unit within the property and could utilize the locking mechanism properly.

Public storage is harassing my brother who has nothing to do with my account. I have asked them to take his name off my account, and he was only on my account as an emergency contact. He is a police officer and they are badgering him. My account has been paid so no reason why they have resorted to harassment. Beware of this company and do not give them anymore information other then your own or they will misuse it. I am contacting corporate because these tactics are boarding on serious breach. This is still happening with my brother being harassed. Absolutely. Do not rent a unit here. They are aggressive, very awful customer service, threatening, and just not a good place to rent. Please stay away from this public storage at all costs. You will regret renting here. There are lots of nice new places on allisonville road that have just opened that are much more customer friendly. Again, please stay away from this public storage. I suspect they will be out of business soon. Good news. I was contacted by the district manager and thankfully he was very responsive and concerned about my issues. That speaks to his character as a district manager and understanding what customer service should look like. He resolved my complaints and he provided a solution that was generous so I felt comfortable editing my review. I know these are tough times for everyone and I appreciate that public storage is able to hire leaders that take their position seriously. Competition is fierce in the storage unit industry and as long as public storage continues to remember that the customer experience is foremost for them, I feel I can recommend this particular location as a good option for anyone looking for storage.

Best storage rental experience from start to finish. I received a call from Dave immediately after submitting a reservation request online. Unfortunately, the online payment system did not go through, but he then reached out to provide support. When it didn't work the 2nd time, I simply came by at the opening time on my reserved date. Dave helped me pick out a unit that allowed my movers to pull the semi with ease, which really sped up my moving process.

I've been using this location for the past few years and I love not only the location but the level of customer service and understanding they always offer. Special shout out to David and Zack for always being willing to give assistance and provide answers

I was very pleased and impressed with the assistance I received from Reba, the manager of the Fishers, IN facility. We had to navigate through some very challenging and detailed arrangements for a large delivery to one of the units at that location. Reba's understanding of the issue and her clear communication were extremely helpful. She's just the pleasant and knowledgeable type of person that leaves a great impression on customers.

I have to say.....the manager Reba is pretty spectacular! I stopped in to ask a few questions and talk about multitasking!!!!! She was helping me, helping someone who appeared to be new, helping another gentleman who was possibly her boss (maybe), answering the phone.....all while genuinely smiling and being genuinely friendly. Definitely handling pressure while under fire! Kudos to Public Storage for having such a great customer service minded employee!

SCAMMERS! They will get over on you and constantly upcharge then not give you access to your stuff. The code is constantly messing up and they do nothing to fix it. Never answers the phone, but every blue moon when they do they’re very rude and unprofessional. Save your money and protect your items by going elsewhere!

I worked with Terri on Allisonville Rd. She was awesome and very helpful!! I’ve had my storage well over a year without issues.

BY FAR the most money hungry, scammy, and non-secure storage facility you could ever use. My father had a unit here and passed away a while back. I inherited the unit and paid for it for well over a year, and was listed as an authorized user of the account. Despite all of this, and providing a death certificate on my first visit there, I was refused access for months on end and was told I would have to send off a paper to be reviewed for up to 45 days before getting access. Seems like a pretty good way to get me to pay another months rent if you ask me. They even went as far as to add additional locks to the unit after I called and let them know I was on my way with a rented U-Haul, despite not doing this during the 9 months prior in which they were already aware of my fathers passing. After finally getting access to the unit, just 3 days before moving out of state, we empty and remove all but a few totes and a small table from the unit. I leave it unlocked so that we may come back to remove the other items if we wish, but we didn’t care what happened to them. Since then, I’ve received 3-4 calls from the “managers” stating that they need the unit emptied out completely or I will be charged an additional $250 for them to remove a few small items. I’m paid in full until the end of the month and have never once agreed to any of their terms and conditions, but they still attempt to force them on me. This place has a grand total of probably 5 cameras at the whole location, does not give a damn about their renters, and only hires entitled people who get off on having some form of power over the average customer. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST

She went out of her way to help me and my buyer rent a unit. Then I purchased wrong unit and she had it fixed in 5-min. Angela is AWESOME!

We had an unusual situation that required extra paperwork. Amber was amazing. She even checked on us through the 3 days we were there working on these lockers.
