Needed extra space to store excess furniture and clothes from a downsizing mood. Trisha was amazingly helpful and had the perfect unit size I needed for my things. Would be a 5-star review if her coworker wasn't asleep and snoring loudly behind the counter, very unprofessional.

My visit this past Friday and Melissa was absolutely amazing. Lynette helped me locate a small storage unit for my belongings at this particular location. She not only took the time out to show me several different units but was extremely upbeat, professional, polite, and understanding.

I have been in this storage facility for over five years with up to 9 units at one point. It's an older facility with drywall walls inside which can easily be cut through by thieves. I have experienced and reported several roof leaks in the hallways and occasionally inside a unit. One time in one of my larger units there was an extremely large puddle which probably blew in under the old overhead door that needs replaced. hallways need mopped and are generally kind of old and dirty spider webs leaves trash etc. $ If you want your rent to be increased every six months from between 15 and 25% then you should rent here. Also during the winter they have a plow that only goes down the middle one pass and they do not clean out from in front of the units. With heavy snows you have to dig yourself a path to get in your overhead door. So you may ask why do I still rent here because it's right across the street from my business.
