Easy to rent and the unit was clean. Darlene called to make sure I was happy with the rental and gave me very useful information!

Worst place ever to rent a storage unit from I started off paying 180 for my storage unit and they now have it up too 341.00 a month they keep you locked out of your unit so after you pay you can't even go into the unit I haven't been able to view my unit in over 8 months after paying 341.00 plus all there ridiculous fees top of it and since I'm a single parent now because my husband passed away I don't have the help to get my belongs into a different unit to me worse place ever and there selling a unit my size in the same place right now for a 125.00 a month this is horrible and the best part I was two months behind went to pay 806.00 on the 1 of December yes 806. Because of all the fees they added on and because it was the first they added another 341. Making it a grand total of 1,147.00 or my unit would go up for auction it's now been paid for two days and I still don't have my lock number to get in my unit if I can't get into my unit on my day off this week there's going to be a big issue with me

Kylie and joslyn are extremely helpful seem to really take an interest in their jobs and sincerely care about this property.

Rent with caution. Price increases without notice. Since renting the unit, price has gone up almost $100 in less than a year. Cannot reach anyone when calling in. I had to leave a voicemail and haven't received a call back. Online app has issues where a debit card cannot be added for payment. Do not recommend!

Stay away from this location, I rented a trailer spot at this location and had to return 4 times to move my trailer because they kept saying it was in wrong spot, those spots are not marked. I moved out before my rent was due and I notified them that I had moved out but the calls, text , emails keep coming in saying that my rent is past due but the harassment keeps coming. Stay away from here.

Very easy to apply on line. Unit was clean. The app is great for locations and opening the gate. Robin called to see if I had any questions. Robin was very pleasant to talk to. She is a great customer service representative.

We had some trouble with a family members unit and Amanda was able to go ABOVE and beyond to help me out to get all of my concerns/questions addressed and was so polite and helpful!!! Can’t praise her enough!!!

Worst storage unit I’ve ever seen. After seeing the unit I was out within 5 minutes asking for it to be cancelled and refunded and still currently waiting on the refund since 2/25 I don't recommend using this place!!

Robin made everything so quick and effortless! She called every couple weeks leading up to my rental date and then made sure I was good after. I really enjoyed my experience with Public Storage!

Easy access to the storage facilities

They have Roaches!! If I could give them 0 stars I would..This is a terrible facility, I had to get this unit at last minute and this place was the only one that had units available, worst mistake ever, my things were barely in there a week I go to get a few thing out and see my unit is infested with ROACHES! Disgusting, I tried calling for days and it just kept going in a circle could never get ahold of a real person, a few weeks go by when my bill is due I pay it and their bank rejects the payment so they not only charge me a late fee but charged my a $25 because their bank didn’t take the payment out when I had proof it was paid on time, that’s when I finally get ahold of a real person and I report my issue with them about the infestation and they try to blame me saying it’s because I have food in there, no! All I ask was them to take care of the situation to no surprise they didn’t, I finally got fed up with the disgusting and decide to leave the unit, I lost more than half of my stuff due the roaches ruining my things on top of a $2000 mattress they ruined, Everything to little what I had left to my name is more than half gone.they didn’t want to take care of the problem or the issues with my things being ruined, all in all do not go to this unit, absolutely terrible units and terrible service!!!

I’m trying to figure out how this company is still in business the way they conduct business! I reserved a unit over a week ago and was continuously sent emails saying to complete registration but there was link or way to do it. I kept calling and getting sent to different people. No one could help me. I went to the kiosk and spoke to a live agent who told me the unit wouldn’t be ready until Saturday and that 2 managers would be there between 1-5p. I went at that time and no one was there. I have been hung up on twice and constantly sent to person to person which no one ever was able to assist me. Can someone please explain to me what the hell kind of business are these people running? There are no managers or supervisors to speak with or anything… !!!

Public Storage beech grove storage is so nasty roach infested they lost the keys to my storage and took almost a week for someone to come cut a lock off that I didn’t even put on my storage I finally got my key and all my things covered in roaches this is sick I had my storage for a week and everything is covered in roaches. There’s no way to contact them you have to go through hoops to even get in touch with someone. It’s been a week since my insurance claim and I have yet to hear anything. All my things and daughter things are ruined I have to start completely over

No on-site staff. Can’t get unit opened if misplace key. Have to get a locksmith. Can’t change drivers license information without going to a distant staffed location to show it in person. If you are ok with inconveniences then go for it. If you want good customer service and a person on site then stay away. I will never use them again and do not recommend. Moving my stuff as soon as I can. Use to be good when had on site staff but now have raised rates, removed on site human staff, and are not customer friendly.

ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!! These nasty scumbags stole from us. We needed a unit for a week but then We never moved in to our unit and canceled the day after I reserved it never even moved in they proceed to charge me another $200 after a month. And refuses to refund the money they stole!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

I paid my storage late fees then when I walked back into my account and it said I still have late fees and when I tried to call to talk about why I have these charges it literally took me into a circle and I could not speak to anyone this is literally the worst freaking service I’ve ever had I can give it zero stars I would

Grossly overpriced, they've cut staff down to nothing. The prices keep rising even though the service and quality keep going down...

Poor customer service. I miss placed my storage key and I need a new one to get my suitcase out of my storage. I contacted customer service and they could not help me at all because they do not have complementary locksmith anymore. There is no one on site to manage the property either which is unprofessional and ridiculous.

Gate was jammed and it was -7 degrees that day. Frozen toes is way wayyy worse than a jammed gate.

There's never anybody at public storage.....

The staff over the phone have continued to be kind and understanding. They make it very easy to talk to someone and get your issues handled quickly.

Although I haven't been to this particular location I would say we had a terrible experience at the East St location. The manager was off and Chad was filling in today. He was Amazing at helping us get the situation figured out. He was friendly,professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Chad for your help!!

Poor management lazy employees and they bring their kid to work at this location witch wouldn't be that bad I their kid was well behaved if there were a closer storage to me I'd use it because this place is a joke. Tried for 2 weeks to get into my unit . They accidentally locked me out and then kept saying they couldn't get the lock they put on back off! What a joke of a place!!!

Anyway the office manager will actually pick up the phone? Keeps raising my rent, but won’t answer as I have QUESTIONS!!! One time I did speak with her months ago she was rude as can be and completely unhelpful. FIRE THIS LADY, she is NOT doing right by Public Storage. I have rented from another area previously and NEVER had this issue. SHE is the problem.

Brad was very helpful in helping me get the door open to a unit that hadn't been opened in years! It was very cold and blustery but he was very willing to lend a hand!
