My wife and I had broken a key off in the lock and we were stuck trying to get a Corvette out of our storage facility. The previous property manager had lost our last key. Allan was super helpful. He not only gave us a new lock scheduled the lock removal but also gave us a credit on our account super friendly the whole time I watched him say hi to about five different people while I was here. Just a good guy.

She helped me so VERY much with the Corporate transition to the current company of Public Storage, as well as since I have renters insurance with Jason Davidson’s State Farm, I was able to remove the additional insurance from my storage agreement.
She also gave me a much better rate on my storage unit.

I had the opportunity work with the current property manager Kira. I had a difficult situation because of the size of the unit needed. Kira went out of her way to help me select the right unit and ensure my storage needs were met. She was at the time, juggling two other properties and also training two new employees. As they learned I received excellent customer service and was able to secure my unit. not sure if you can locate her when you go, but it’s well worth the try!
We came in with specific needs for our unit and Necia and Kira were able to help us out! They had great customer service and really took the time to walk out there with us and show us the unit. The staff is very friendly and the renting process was easy. I did most everything online and finalized in person. I am happy with my climate controlled unit. I only have one small "complaint"; I wish there were some mirrors around certain corners for better vision at intersections. This is just a small thing and I still stand by the 5 star review as everything else makes up for this minor issue.

Oh my! What a great experience! Wonderful maintenance of the property. This is my first time getting a storage and I was nervous due to an incident that happened to a family member that was renting a unit in Smyrna. But when we came here and kira explained everything and gave exceptional service, I couldn’t feel happier and feel more secure to leave the things I’ve worked so hard to get, here in this storage facility! If I could give it more than five stars I would!
I actually keep my stuff at another simply self storage in Augusta, but Kira helped me out with my account without hesitation. She could have sent me away, but she didn’t. Excellent customer service… that’s how you keep customers.

A customer for many years and was treated unfairly when I moved out. They claimed I left a.lock on my unit after I put in my vacate notice and charged me a full month. Why would I move away and come back to put a lock on ? They wouldn't give me a refund and their corporate wouldn't answer my questions. Stay away from this location. The property manager hung up on me

While the place itself is nice enough, they go up in price every few months. When I moved to this place, i did so because the place I was at kept increasing in cost. They assured me that they don't do this. Now, I'm up from $69 a month to $99 a month in less than a year. Avoid this place. It is a classic bait and switch operation.
The worker helped us greatly with an issue. The manger also followed up. The access is guarded. I do see employees around different areas of premises. Would reccomend you use them to store belongings.

This morning Kira assisted me in leasing a 5x10 non climate controlled storage unit. She was very pleasant and joyous to be around. She showed me the unit before I made my decision to move forward. She was also very informative on getting a climate controlled unit in the future. As for the Storage Unit itself it is very clean inside and out. I highly recommend this business.

I’ve been looking all over for a safe,clean, and cheap space for my things, I called today and Kira was so quick to help me in whatever questions I had, she told me exact prices, she had me come in and toured me on the golf cart showed me a few different places I could store my belongings .
