The Public Storage website support page was one of the most abysmal help forums I have encountered. No option for a live Support assistant, the option menus are limited and use circular logic to seemingly frustrate the caller so they just give up. The only way I found to obtain help was to pretend I wanted to pay my bill, so I got a live agent, so I could then work directly with them to resolve my issue. 1 at best.

There's no property manager on office, and it's all automated and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the property manager as the automated help just goes in circles.

I have to say that I have stored my personal belongings here at the Woodstock locations and had a wonderful experience. All the way from the move-in to the move-out, was the best I have ever been to. Out of all the locations anywhere nearby -I totally recommend the Woodstock Roswell area. You could not be in better hands with the chain of command here. They are amazing people ready to help no matter what in any way they can. All the way from the property manager, district manager, up to the Regional. I have personally dealt with them all and could not deal with more outstanding people, compared to anywhere else. Love this place!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Sarah. She is an absolute delight. From the moment I met her, she has gone over and above to help me. No kiosk will ever do what she can do! She is knowledgeable, personable, and just a great lady!! You are lucky to have her!!

When I first came to public storage, I was greeted by a beautiful lady name Sarah. She was so warm , kind and friendly. She made me feel comfortable. She made sure my experience was worth it. She is one of the most caring and helpful people I have ever encountered. I can’t say enough about her. She is just a wonderful person. I arrived at this Public Storage location seeking help after having a tough experience with a moldy unit at another facility just beforehand. Sarah (weekday Manager) was incredibly helpful in getting me into a new unit and going above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! I left this location feeling like my things are completely safe and in good hands until I return. Thank you, Sarah, for the great work and customer service! I am only here to rave about the INCREDIBLE customer service I received from Trinity. Saturday was probably the most stressful day my partner and I had and Trinity went above and beyond to accommodate us. We originally had a 3rd level storage unit, but quickly realized we needed a 1st floor unit that's the same size as the original one we were suppose to go with. I was scared to ask for this change, but Trinity was hard at work as soon as I voiced my change in heart. After a few minutes we successfully found a 1st floor unit, and she showed us the unit before we even decided. Trinity is an example of suburb customer service as well as knowledgable, friendly, and understanding (considering we were stressed out from moving that day and needed a quick change in units). I cannot credit her enough because she was that awesome. Public storage has my business all thanks to Trinity and the incredible experience we had. Thank you!

My husband and I moved into this storage about 2 weeks ago. Sarah is the absolute best and made the process seamless! If you are looking for a storage and you want a great experience, Sarah is the go to. If we could give it 10 stars, we would.

Not a fan.

I set my storage room up on line but the first time I went into the facility Sarah was so much help! I saw one review that said they only had one cart for the whole facility and I have to say the reason that is is because people steal all their flatbeds so they have to keep them locked up. It is not the facility that caused the problem it’s the renters that caused it! However all you have to do is ask and they will give you a key to unlock one and there are at least two on every floor. Every time I have called to ask Sarah’s a question or anything she has been extremely helpful and very friendly. I am grateful I picked this site after talking with other site managers because I think I got the best one in Sarah!

I, am blessed , I, selected this Public Storage. THIS PLACE IS SPOTLESS CLEAN !! but MOST IMPORTANT !!! "THE STAFF" , Sarah is out this World !! Super Professional, friendly , extremely diligent, always with a smile. I, even moved to florida and instead renting in Florida, I, am feel so secure and relax Sarah is there. She is always walking the building, cleaning etc etc. Thanks million times Sarah !! You Rock !!!!! FYR

This is a large facility and they have one cart for the whole thing. I have been here three days in a row and been unable to move in big boxes because the one cart is always in use. And you have to get a key from the lobby to use it, so coming late or early morning isn’t an option. I have used other locations before and never had this issue. Very frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this location if you don’t have a first floor unit or have heavy items.

WOW! Was I seriously in a crunch and Sarah made it all better!!! If she hadn’t of be so friendly and helpful, who knows what awful thing could of happened to me and my family! Thank you so much for being you!!!!

Online experience was super easy. I stopped by to check out my space and Sarah met me outside and showed me around. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I'm glad I picked this place. So far everything has gone very smoothly, from reserving online to accessing the unit for the first time. Kudos to Sarah (weekday property manager) who was super helpful on my first day there. She gave me a tour of the place showing me where both elevators were and showing me to my unit. Everything is nice and clean too.

I’ve had the best experience with location and team! The restrooms are always clean and Sarah is courteous and professional, always stopping by to see how things are going. There is always equipment available when I need it and there’s always great music playing. 10/10
