Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 10763 Highway 92, Woodstock, GA

I chose this location because it was climate controlled. Just run while you can. The unit isn't totally sealed off which allows for infestations to come under the wall. I ended up having to get rid of most of my stuff that was in there. There's no office so it's only automated & a move out mid month doesn't allow for you to get your prorated rent back. Spoke with property manager & she's as rude as ever, she put me on hold and never picked back up.

I purchased my unit online no hassle or waiting period. I received a call from a Public Storage representative she was very nice and answered all of my questions, she was very knowledgeable about my questions. She made sure I had my code to gain access before we got off the phone she let me know where my lock and lease agreement would be. I didn't have to stand in line or fill out a bunch of paperwork. It was a smooth and easy process. Thank you so much. I do want to apologize because I forgot her name but Thank you so much for a great experience.

Rat Infestation! See the pics! Do NOT rent here unless you are ok with rat excrement all over your furniture and boxes. We rented a 10x20 unit, and when we opened the storage unit, everything inside was ruined! Papers were chewed up, rat poop and pee were all over every box and every piece of furniture. There was no on-site agent available to talk to. We called the corporate office and shared the issues with them. However, they said that the only thing they would do based on their policy was to was to give us a $25 credit and that we did not have to broom clean the unit at the end after we moved out. We ended up paying a moving company to come and take everything from the unit directly to the dump because it was so contaminated. That cost us $700 and of course we lost every item that was stored there. I am sharing this so that others can see what they could be getting themselves into if they rent in this location. The first picture shows the dead rat covered in leaves. Look closely as the remaining pictures show rat poop all over the storage unit and all over our boxes. We had mattresses and furniture that were also infested. It was a total loss.

Guarded my belongings with no problems that couldn't be handled on site.

Awful and disgusting complex. Will steal your money, and will not give you access to your belongings. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This company must be going under because they no longer have anyone in customer service that will speak to tenants and no one to even run the location. There is no one on site at any given time.

Storage unit was clean, lock was available and everything was just as they said it would be

This place continues to Jack their prices up on me after being with them for over a year.

No staff onsite, just machines, had unit affected by rodents and no solution from Public Storage whatsoever, ins covers a minimum but loss of furniture stores is much higher. Public storage didn’t even do treatment nor cleanup at all. Do not recommend

I have to say that I have stored my personal belongings here at the Woodstock locations and had a wonderful experience. All the way from the move-in to the move-out, was the best I have ever been to. Out of all the locations anywhere nearby -I totally recommend the Woodstock Roswell area. You could not be in better hands with the chain of command here. They are amazing people ready to help no matter what in any way they can. All the way from the property manager, district manager, up to the Regional. I have personally dealt with them all and could not deal with more outstanding people, compared to anywhere else. Love this place!!!!

I bought a unit today. Went home to get some stuff to store in the unit, I receive an email saying that I was moved out of the unit, with no explanation as to why. I come over here with my stuff to move in to the unit and my gate code no longer works after it worked just fine this morning. Keep in mind I still have keys to the lock on my unit. There was no communication at all regarding my unit being canceled. I paid around $60 for the unit today, and I can't even use the unit that I paid for. What if I had left important items in that unit? I would advise others looking for a storage facility to look elsewhere. There is no staff at this location only kiosk video call assistance. The lady I spoke to said that I wouldn't be able to get into my unit until tomorrow. This is completely unprofessional.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this business. They raise rates by 40% right after they get you in and they know you don't want to spend money to move. What a total scam business. How could you sleep at night doing this to people? Not that you could get anyone to answer the phone and give you that answer at this scam business. They should be shut down for operating like they do, I'm headed to the BBB and my congressman next to file formal complaints.

Unethical billing practices.

They are taking advantage of a disabled veteran. I just moved my entire home into their storage unit and am paying $300/month. Three months in and without any notice they start charging my credit card $420/month. Incredibly unethical business billing practice and they know they have me at their mercy because who can afford to move out right after they’ve moved all of their stuff in, especially hard for a disabled veteran like me. Even when the office sign says “open”, I don’t see anyone there and no one will answer the phone or call us back. Hard to believe this is happening and they are allowed to operate a business like this. Help.

They will quote you one price and 3 months later they raised my rate by over $120...with no notice-they just billed my credit card! When we were moving in, the lady across from our unit was moving out and warned me of the unethical billing practices of this location. I thought since we were paying triple what she was that we already had the high side of their pricing. Boy was I wrong. 3 MONTHS IN THEY RAISE ME OVER $120/MONTH. Do not get held hostage by this insane place.

Beware!! Lure you in with low intro price and raise rates every few months. We started at $35.00 for 10x10 monthly in 2021 we ended at $109.00 in 2023. They were going up again to $147.00 so we moved to another place. This was less that a two year stretch. Called with questions a few times and never received a returned call until we moved out. Manager was nice but could have cared less about the overall experience. Find another place other than Public Storage. This is what they do… bad business.

Thanks to Tammy, I found peace with Public Storage’s customer care that I received from her on March 9th. With Kiosk installations going on all over two counties, this was the 3rd facility I had visited and this was also my 2nd visit in the same day to the Woodstock Rt 92 facility. When I encountered Tammy on my 2nd attempt, it was miraculous that I found a warm body. Before asking for assistance, as I approached her, Tammy’s whole vibe was lit; her smile radiated and her eyes twinkled with warmth. When she greeted me her voice was absolutely friendly. Tammy assisted me and finally I was at peace after an enduring ordeal. I rate Tammy’s performance above a 5 star. I hope that this angel of mercy has a productive and prosperous career with the desires of her heart wherever destiny leads her. Thank you Tammy!!

First time using Public Storage, and I highly recommend! Tammy greeted me immediately and answered all the questions I had about my new storage space. She made a new experience go by smoothly for me!

We showed up fairly close to closing time to complete the purchase of a unit that we reserved. Craig was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He showed us the units available, answered all our questions and stayed past closing time to ensure our purchase was completed without any issues. Great customer service!
