Rats!!!!! Rat Droppings everywhere. I only have furniture and a few clothing items and the rat droppings are all in the clothes, my curtains, just everywhere. If you know your facility has a problem with Rodents there is no kind of poison or deterrents to prevent them. Public Storage do not want to take responsibility for the damage caused by debris leaking from their building and the Rats...They told me to file a claim then denied any damage was done when the claim people followed up so the claim was denied. I filed a claim again and they just let the claim sit there for months, it was the same examiner that denied the first claim and she was awful. I never heard from her regarding the second. claim. I pay $15mth for the extra insurance. I suggest you use your own insurance because they will not honor the claims filed. When I moved in to their unit my items was not damaged but now I need to move again because I believe they knew of the issues with the unit because the price was so low, but I didn't think that was the reason. I also believe they were aware about the Rats because they never asked for pictures but just said they will have the facility treated, but when I asked when, they have no idea when they will come? So if I want my unit treated I have to leave my keys with them but they don't know when it will happen. How is this good business? How is this fair? How is this right? I am just disappointed in how they handled this situation. Through all of the damage to my items from the stuff falling from the ceiling, liquid leaking into my boxes and now Rats, they gave me a credit of $35. No honor or integrity in how they do business...Do not use their Orange Door Insurance get your own.

Laquisha was a very considerate and patient representive very pleasant mild mannered help with instruction, while on a phone meeting took time to process vacate and transfer to other properties, and helped efficiently. This place has psychotic employees that seem like they were recently released from a mental institution!! I was there on Saturday morning 7/9/22 around 9:30am to look for a unit. It was raining heavily. There was no one in the office. So, I sat in my car and waited. It seemed like forever. Finally, someone showed up and I approached the person. I didn't know if she was a customer or employee. I said, "Hi" in a nice friendly manner. She looked at me as if I'm bothering and annoying her. "Yeah??!?" I responded that I was looking for a unit and waited for a while. While I'm saying this, rain is pouring down on me and I'm standing in water and my shoes are soaked. Immediately she angrily replied in a raised voice, "I WAS GONE FOR A FEW MINUTES, I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONG TIME!!" I didn't respond to the comment since I didn't want to argue with her. I wanted to get right to renting a unit and get on with my day. But she wouldn't let go. She wanted to argue and fight with me over my comment about having to wait for her. She was fixated on it. She is psychotic and wanted to attack me. She never said, "Hello Miss Customer, how can I help you? Let's get out of the rain." None of that. Then I followed her into the office so I can get out of the rain. She went right back into verbally attacking me over my comment about waiting for her. "I WAS NOT GONE FOR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES!!" On and on. She wouldn't let go. She could have easily said, "I'm sorry for stepping out, I had an emergency, how can I help you?" Switch the conversation to helping the customer and get right back to business. None of that. She wanted to attack me over waiting time repeatedly with anger in a raised voice. Then she threw her bag of food on the table. So, I left. She is psychotic, angry, scary, unprofessional, unfit to do this job and picking fights with customers. I felt unsafe for myself and my personal belongings. The entire time I only spoke no more than 3 sentences in a calm professional manner, and she was verbally attacking me the whole time over waiting time. Can you believe this? Needless to say, I went to another Public Storage facility a few miles away and signed a lease with a much more sane, calm and professional store manager. I also reported Miss Psycho to the Public Storage corporate office and customer service. They agree, their behavior is unacceptable.

I really appreciated the property manager’s service! She detailed the different options that were available, was very kind and the storage unit she assigned to me was very clean. I am very happy with this place. The property has a lot of space for cars to drive, keypad entry directly from the phone, I love it!
