Such an unexpected pleasant experience with Property Manager, Jade, this morning at Public Storage on Austell Rd. Marietta. So very kind and helpful as well as professional. We hit a snag not paying when reserving (our bad) and I was ready to go to another facility. She worked diligently to help. It is rare these days to find someone who goes beyond the call of duty (with a good attitude!) especially when the other person is at fault. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Very clean. Grounds are exceptional. Never no garbage or trash on site. Will recommend to family & friends.

I am writing a review due to a recent experience with Jade, I was deceived and offered 3 units that was auctioned and had no bid, in her words the people didn't come and pick it up. Upon arriving to view them she was approached by a gentleman that was asking if he had to stack everything in the unit so it would fit in there. She replied yes. Also he asked if there was anything else he could do for her, which she replied no. So he was working for her loading all the materials he unloaded from another unit and in a single unit for her. I was also offered a free scrap metal unit which she never showed me. The reason that she was willing to sell these units in her words was because she would save money with the junk removal service. I don't know public storage policy they seem like she was taking matters into her own hands because these units were gone through and she tried to sell me the big furniture to haul off and get off of her hands. I'm leaving this review because I already reached out to the virtual assistant to know a veil and I have not received a call or any information regarding the incident. Very disappointed because I helped her in the past and kept my word and I hate being lied to about business. She tarnished her character with me. I'm trying to add the text message conversation we had

Mr. TAMW is right. Most of the 5 stars are fake, probably bought from an account farm, and/or AI generated. Nobody ever truly remember the names of ppl they deal with at most places, especially not a storage facility. Servers in restaurants, sure. Salesmen at dealerships, maybe. Not at PS. And definitely not almost every single review. It's statistically impossible 🤣

This is the worst place ever do not go there. Rats will eat your stuff. When I said I wanted to talk to somebody before I paid for my belongings to be chewed apart by rats they locked me out of my unit and are holding my belongings until I pay.

If you value your belongings or your money, I genuinely advise you to avoid this location altogether.They are infested with rodents and have terrible upkeep maintenance on the property. Their rates are higher than others as well. You will never have communication with the property staff. They never return calls and the latest management team is by far the worst ever. I stored there for over a year and HAD to move to another company due to my belongings being destroyed. I notified them by phone of my plan with which they told me they notated. Yet repeated they continue to take the money out of my account and I was forced to stop payment and pay for that expense after all the calls made to inform them I would be out. Rodents are over taking the place and swinging from the fallen ceiling of insulation making nest and chewing up your things. Take a look. I had to discard of most of what I had. I still cannot get the staff to return my calls in reference to the repeated monthly attempts to withdraw 359.00 with late fees from my account. There is no corporate office to mediate . I urge you not to make this your choice.

The property manager Monique was very professional and courteous. She help me find the best unit to fit my storage and even help me get a good deal on the unit that I needed so I would definitely be using them again in the future.
Monique helped me through a smooth transaction, taking the time to show me my options of the inside storage units so I could find one very close to the outside door. And during the walk through, we discovered a potential danger that she was quick to write down. That's the sign of the kind of professional you want during your move.
It's really tight and hard to make room for others. Expect to wait if someone is close to your storage area. Other than that, it's OK.

Just recently acquired a storage unit with the help of Ms. Monique the property manager on duty. Overall the storage units could use some work but the customer service is great and after having a conversation with the property manager i really can see that she’s trying to fix this place up for the better i think the higher ups need to step up and throw some money into this location.
Public Storage property on Austell Rd is infested with RATS and the insurance company will not help more than $250.00 even though I have over a thousand dollars in damages from those Nasty creatures.

the ratings are fabricated. the 5 star reviews are completely false a just made by employees. How often does one have to visit their storage unit? seldomly right. Well when you come visit 3300 Austell rd be prepared for anything and for employees to make up rules based off there feelings and no actually basis or logic. Would you believe that I had law enforcement called on me because I waited in the lobby for a ride. You heard correct and the reasoning behind it was because they just didn't want me I there not because of a policy or state ordinance law but because there individual feelings. The lady even went as far as omitting the fact that I was waiting. a uber to police dispatch to illicit a faster response by the police.
I have revised my rating because after 6 months, after six phone calls with no response, after having my bill tampered with to short me a week's rent, after having sent a couple of online forms to ask them to contact me to straighten out my billing cheated on my bill, they have not responded to anything. I guess I'll have to find time to go by there and see them in person. Which I will do. But I'm going to start getting my stuff out of there because I'm not going to pay these jerks any more than I have to.
The property manager William was nothing short of amazing. Very efficient, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service. He made my storage move very easy going and stress free. Anyone moving and in need of storage I will definitely be recommending this location.
William Miller is a wonderful person he helps out a lot and always comes to work with a smile on his face. He is always glad to help, always to work on time, and always here for us. I was able to move in with barely any notice. William provided exemplary customer service! He's friendly, kind, and accommodating. It started to rain very hard when I was moving in, and the roof in my unit began to leak. He has worked around my chaotic schedule to get me moved into a new unit and repair the leaking unit. I'm storing things for home repairs right now, and if I ever need a storage unit again, I'll be back.

Customer service is good. Facility is so hot. After retrieving my belongings found a large amount of mice droppings. Also motion censor lights don't stay on long. Front desk staff has always been super friendly.

FEES!! FEES!! FEES!! Every storage has fees but my LORD!!! And then they are heartless. If you think they are gonna choose morale over their “fee policy”, think again. These people are charging me for a unit that I cleaned out on the third of the month!! All because my wife put my lock (I PURCHASED THE LOCK FROM THEM, BY THE WAY) back on the unit after we cleaned it out!! There are a lot of homeless people around Marietta. I didn’t want anyone occupying, or even worse damaging, or trashing the unit. I respect that my wife replaced the lock and I don’t think I should be charged if I am no longer using the unit. But even so, the fees are outrageous. They added fees like crazy.. It’s almost 90% more than the normal monthly charge. They rarely ever answer the phone so I can’t get a fax number to put it in writing to formally request them to cut my lock. Corporate doesn’t have the information and they couldn’t reach the property either. As if telling the property manager to cut the lock wasn’t enough. I remember the old public storage. It was a service business. They were for the people. I don’t know why decent human beings don’t exist in this company anymore.
