EDIT: Soon after making this review I got a text message saying they will keep the price at $35 for next month. 😒 Nope! Too late. I'm taking ALL my things outta there.
I hate this place..ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THEM...First they used my card on file to pay ahead of time and without my permission and some other fee they created. Another day I got a call from an employee telling me that I needed to come close the door to my unit. After 15 minutes of going back and forth with the employee about me not leaving my storage door open, I got out of bed on my only day off and drove 35min ONLY to discover it was NOT my unit! She gave an apology...
Also, every month I have to go thru too much to pay my bill...the app does not allow you to make a card payment. So I have to go out of my way to pay inperson.
Lastly, they keep hiking up the storage price! I started out paying $25 for 5x5 storage room...three months later $35...three months later $45!
I'm getting my things out of there ASAP. I'm so tired of this place.
We have had a unit there with your organization for years now and have had the pleasure of working with Kay. She has provided exceptial customer service always with a smile and glad to help. She provided me with the prefect unit that has met my business needs. I'm so thankful for her service she has provided me over the years. If you’re planning on using them for long term beware. When I started not even 2 years ago my monthly payment where 167 then 3 months later they hiked it to 200 then another 6 months passed and it got raised to $276 and now they’re raising it again to $350. Scammers. I’m coming back in November to change to a different storage facility near by that quoted half of that and 24 hour access. Find a better facility if I’d were you
Kay is the most helpful, resourceful, and cheerful associate I could ever imagine having!! She is always ready to aid you in your storage needs!! This facility has been so useful and attentive that I don't mind the extra mile or two just to have the unmatched satisfaction that they've provided me.... yes, I've moved twice and still have my storage. Simple, I have space so.... I have peace of mind!! Thank you Kay and thank you Public Storage!!
Awesome Awesome Awesome quick easy process
It was so easy to set up the storage unit move-in. After my husband and I finished putting our things in the storage unit, we went up front to speak to the lady working. Her name was Kay and she was incredibly nice and very helpful! 10/10 would recommend storing here.

Horribly managed. Was there packing up some things and the lady came by and accused me of living there and called the Home office. How ridiculous!! I was debating on moving out so I guess that helped make up my mind. I will never rent from there again. It was very embarrassing. Besides who lives in a storage unit?

We had a very good experience at Public Storage on Cobb Parkway. The service was friendly. We only needed the unit for a short time and it was easy to cancel the unit on short notice just before the end of the rental period. The facility is a bit older, but it totally fulfilled our needs. We had a drive-up unit in a convenient location within the complex.
