My experience at this location was amazingly great. Front office representative was very professional and helpful. Facility is clean throughout. No rodents like I’ve experienced at other storage companies. Safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Customer service in GA on a whole I’ve learned is unfortunately pretty much extinct. But here this is not the case!! I have had wonderful experiences with the staff here namely, Tim and Bre. They both go above and beyond to accommodate as well as timely and justly rectify any situations that have come up in our time here renting. They keep a very clean facility compared to others I’ve seen and are really top notch in my opinion. Continue the Great work guys! It’s valued.

**DO NOT RENT FROM STORAGE FACILITY*** Upon move in was informed that I would receive a refund for storage lock that I am now unable to use. Upon rental of unit, Property Manager Bre advised me of this information. Unit was rented on-line, lock was purchased at facility. Facility new and clean is now dirty, and have liability concerns as entry door is broken along with elevator is broken/ needs repairs. Facility has gone down hill. I would not recommend facility at all due to being lied to. I was a valued customer never made a late payment and was on auto pay. Will be contact corporate and taking my concerns up the corporate ladder until I receive a full refund for lock…

Update 11-17-2023 I have come back to this review to update my opinion .. the initial positive review that I did post was only because the property manager BRE begged me for 2 weeks to give her a positive review which I should have never did... the place is always dirty the front door is often broken and wide open your items will not be secure.. there are homeless people living in many of the empty units and loitering around...The property manager Bre is unprofessional, mean and nasty.. I cannot believe the way I was treated..after being at this facility for about 5 or 6 months as of today ..I was Evicted for LEGALLY accessing MY PAID FOR/ IN GOOD STANDING unit too CLOSE to closing time... They have even limited my access to my unit all this week ,even after speaking with the district manager and she told me everything would be fine now that I know the policy ( which is not written in the contract) Well , informed today that they are kicking me out for no legit reason ..BRE IS HORRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON OF COLOR TO DO BUSINESS HERE . THEY DID THIS TO ME FOR NO LEGIT REASON AT ALL! I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS HERE UNTIL THIS WEEK.. SO THEY CHOOSE TO KICK ME OUT FOR SOMETHING AS PETTY AS *LEGALLY* ACCESSING MY PAID FOR UNIT TO CLOSE TOO 9pm..WOW!. Oh and Bre didn't hesitate to let me know that they (Public Storage) didn't "care about my little $60 a month" I was paying for my unit..her words My Attorney will be in contact with the corporate office first thing Monday morning..They have really screwed over the wrong man. Guaranteed

I must say I have been to a lot of storage units and the manager at this location gave me the best service out of all the storage companies I have used in the past. Bre (on-site manager) really worked with me to make sure I understand why the price had increased but not only that she worked with me to upgrade my unit to a larger one for the same price as my new increased premium. Now saving me money on a larger unit that I was inquiring about when I came into to find out why the price had increased. It could not have worked out any better. In addition to her helping me she was helping someone else that came in after me with the same great customer service. This facility is very nice and very clean but if I had not received such great customer service I would have left because I didn’t know why my rate went up.

The property, Manager Bre is always very helpful with her customers I've seen her make the best out of the worst situations and every time I come she is always genuine with her assistance. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRE.

Today I have to share my experience. Seldomly lately do I encounter ppl happy to do their job when working with the public (it's more about a check to them then a service they provide). Today Al at the Lealand location in Cobb Co GA showed excellent customer service. He took the time to answer questions and listen to my concerns. I felt accomplished after leaving there. It's already stressful enough needing this is one thing I can comfortably check off my list.

My experience at this public storage was remarkable Ms.Bre the site manager made sure that I got into the unit correctly also made sure that obtaining access to the building was knowledgeable just in case of the access door closed she was very helpful id recommend this facility for others

This was a terrible experience. Purchased a unit for my moving date. When I got to the location the door to get into the units was off track, to where no one was able to get in. Also, even though their store hours said they are open there was no employee there. Because I was moving and had a whole uhual truck I had to go find another public storage nearby and purchase ANOTHER unit. Called customer service and they would not reimburse me the $29 fee and lock fee for their mistake.

Twice the space....half the price of our previous storage....manager is attentive and kind
