Evelyn, the location manager, is fantastic. Keep in mind that this location is not always staffed. You need to schedule an appointment with customer service if you require on-site assistance. Also, if you have your own insurance, do not forget to cancel theirs. It’s a $15/month added expense and unnecessary if you have coverage with a homeowner’s policy. Evelyn, thank you again for being so helpful, kind and dedicated to your work! 🙂

Toni was very helpful at this location…. UPDATED REVIEW…. I changed my original review of five stars to one star. This place is really unorganized upon getting the unit. Everything checked out smooth it wasn’t until I attempted to move my items into a unit that I discovered how unorganized and poorly ran this location is. I’m unable to get into the unit because no one on site unlock the unit so I can begin to move my items into the storage unit. No one on site and no manager available until the next morning. This was a HUGE inconvenience. I was told that the unit would be available for me to move in at my convenience that is not so. I TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER. I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE GIVEN A $25 CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. I WASN’T ASKING FOR A CREDIT. I simply wanted to get into my storage unit.

First off Leon was the best he was knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful I was super stressed out when I arrived but he calmed me down and helped me out every step of the way with getting moved in my unit. There is never anybody there.
This location has caused me time and money. I arrived 35 min before closing and couldn’t find anyone on the property and I was locked out of the property and my unit number wasn’t even a real unit number. I waited until 6 and still no one showed up. I don’t understand why they would give me a false unit number and locked my access to the property being that I had already signed paper work and paid online. I’m livid because I have to pay to keep the U-Haul overnight and pay movers to come back out tomorrow. Unprofessional and a joke of a place for business.
You’ve got to be slow to do business with this disgusting place! If you book online they charge you a $29.99 admin fee that’s non refundable on top of break ins! Go anywhere but Public Storage!
This location is garbage. I get there to check in to this location and move into my unit. The employee with dreads says he has to do some things on the property, I said I been calling for hours at this point with no return, he claims he’s been busy but can take us in when he comes back. This guy doesn’t return for two hours and doesn’t even acknowledge the fact he has a giant uhaul truck and a group of people waiting to move in!! After hour 1 I was waiting, I started searching for other storage units while there. The employee doesn’t return until it’s almost closing time and doesn’t acknowledge us at all.
What horrible customer service. Do not come to this location. Why are public storages so understaffed where they have one employee in the office? Where are these property managers?
I went in and immediately felt welcomed akribah was amazing she answered all my questions even the ones I kept repeating and not once did she make me feel uncomfortable by doing so she was multitasking with me and another customer and both me and the customer felt amazed I will be telling others about this welcoming experience I know I am in good hands thank you akribah for the amazing experience and showing so much patience with me!

They have fantastic customer service skills that’s the only reason they are getting a two. HOWEVER, they have a rat issue that needs to be addressed. It’s rat droppings on just about all the items in the unit. Last visit, which was a few weeks ago, a rat made itself known in our presence.
Today I had an fantabulas experience, patient,and very informative . Actually the first time in 5 yrs of service at the public storage that I felt not attached. Public storage is lucky to have you sweetheart. For that employee named Riba ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… stay sweet sunshine ☀️.. and public storage got good cameras and bobbed wire 🤷🏿♂️
