I hate this place worse storage ever.The people are rude and my bill is ridiculous.I had a 10 by 10 for 5 years and never had all these issues my bill was 100 and something dollars.now my bill is 300 for the same size storage.I wouldn’t recommend this robbery to a soul especially at this time when we’re in a natural disaster and no one knows if they are even going to have anything left.My storage isn’t even a 10 by 10 there’s a big brick wall inside of it.I couldn’t even fit my stuff in there.I will be evacuating asap after this hurricane.they never answer the phones and I’m exhausted with this facility.Ive been calling to talk to the district manager for 3 days and I have yet to get thru.I guess this company doesn’t even have a corporate service either.Very unprofessional place to be dealing with smh

Manager is awesome, she is extremely helpful. Location is safe, clean, and convenient. The company is a bit deceiving. What you sign up to pay monthly is not locked in. I am currently paying more than four times as much as what I agreed on when I assumed a unit 14 months ago! There are other storage unit companies which have more integrity. 🤔

This location is full of rats!!! It is INFESTED. Front desk was no help and seem like they didn't care that their place of employment is rampaged with rats.
My wife had a terrible experience. Rats, roaches, doors open all the time, gates not working. We had to throw away some of her belongings due to pest infestation.

My unit was broken into in June of 2023 - very expensive stuff was stolen…no one that works here cares or helps…no help from insurance no call from management…I pay almost $700 a month since 2018….means nothing!!!

Im changing my review. This is the second time on site where I submitted my license to get a cart and lo’ and behold in the middle of the day (11am) while I’m there, the staff locks up and closes the office. No note, nothing. I had to scream Hello and drive around the property trying to find someone to get me my license so I could get to an appointment. I’m livid. Courtney needs to put up a note or find those on site and let them know she’s planning on disappearing.
My original experience with LaShawn (posted below) was still nice but these new girls disappear for no reason.

5 Star Staff, 3 Star Corporation:
The staff at this location have always been helpful, polite, and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. So, it's ONLY because of this that I give this establishment 4 stars.
I have been a patron of Public Storage for several years now, with thousands of dollars in e-receipts to back this.
It is my opinion that, given the cost of space in these facilities, the corporate policies should be far more favorable to the clients.
At the onset of the global pandemic, the presence of on-sight security guards was understandably suspended. Unfortunately, much like other profit-driven entities, the staff reductions that were initially justified by circumstances beyond anyone's control continued long after things began to return to normal. To this day, there are no on-site security guards after hours. As a result, if anything prevents you from being able to exit the premises by closing time (9pm), after an unknown grace period of perhaps 30 minutes, you cannot get out of the gated lot without going through a series of steps including calling a toll free number that eventually gets you in touch with a rep who has the ability to open the gate remotely. In approximately 3 years, I have had to go through this process twice. Most recently, at this location, the young lady who answered after an 11-minute hold was courteous and understanding; I had accidentally allowed my vehicle's battery to drain below the minimum required to start the engine. Luckily it wasn't that low and about an hour after I made the discovery and shut everything off, the battery regenerated sufficient voltage and I was able to get to the gate and ultimately, depart.
The previous occasion was much worse, scary to be honest, but took place at another location in the area, so I will describe that fiasco in a review of that specific location.
BOTTOM LINE: IF YOUR SCHEDULE PRECLUDES YOU FROM VISITING YOUR STORAGE FACILITY EARLIER IN THE DAY, BE SURE TO COME PREPARED WITH ANY MEDICATIONS OR OTHER NECESSARY RATIONS TO POTENTIALLY BE TRAPPED UNTIL 6AM THE FOLLOWING DAY. YOU MIGHT NOT PLAN ON BEING THERE AFTER THE DESIGNATED 9 PM CUTOFF, BUT SOMETIMES S#!T HAPPENS!!!

This is the most inconvenient storage unit I have ever had. No Dollys are available in the bottom of each building. EVER. Came in today and no elevators are working, my unit is on the 2nd floor, had to call the front office to figure out where the stairwell is and how to get inside! Once again a trip to my unit has taken over 15 minutes when I should have been able to run in and outUNACCEPTABLE
