This public storage is horrible. My belongings are completely ruined!! There is dust on everything and they have rats!! You pay your hard earned money to have your belongings eaten by rats. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . I wish I could post pics. I moved out and had to leave 80% of the stuff there

I would of given this location a one star because of an extremely rude male employee who failed to answer my question, just wanted to argue, and hung up the phone on me. There had been a lot of confusion with my account being taken off auto pay etc and instead of trying to help me through it, I was treated very poorly. I tried to call back after he hung up but he ignored my call so I immediately called the corporate number. Corporate was helpful. Later in the week, I received a call from Latasha to warn about my stuff going on a lien sale. I explained I already tried to resolve it but if it doesn’t sell to please let me know. She did call me to let me know and helped me make the payment and everything! She was so helpful and I wish all their employees were this kind and this helpful! God bless Latasha!

Nice place for storage
Day of storm they decided to put a chain and lock on the fence, day after chain and lock still on the fence. No one can access the inside. Small businesses can’t access anything they need no materials no trucks no anything to get their day started. Public storage is not accommodating anyone for those three lockout days. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Although there was a long line, he was very polite while we waited. He also helped me the next day to change the size of my unit. His personality was amazing.

NO RATS!! In a shameless attempt at ingraciating myself with the management before renting a 20' parking space, I will counter the 1 ☆ review left by "Miz Willy", who alleges that the facility is rat infested.
Judging from the 6 reviews on the account i'm referencing, it seems that invasive pests and rodents have singled her out, ruining her wedding, honeymoon, and now her storage unit.
Jokes aside, it seems that this location is well managed and staffed, so it's not right that someone who, out of 6 reviews, only broke 2 stars once should have the ability to downgrade this businesses reputation.

THIS PLACE HAS RATS. THEY are disgusting as a business and establishment. They have had customers do reviews to mask the bad reviews saying they have RATS since 3 years ago. Which means they don't care to fix the issue and once your items are stored your stuck. My babies brand new items as well as other things have been damaged and all they say to me is to file a claim and that's all they can do the full rent amount is still due. I will be reporting this company to BBB and taking legal action because the accountability is on them whether they want to take it or not. The sad part is they care more about taking my money than anything else. To have these type of procedures for customers and loyal ones at that is very shameful. I will never be using public storage again would rather pay more for a company that's cares about their customers. If I could do no stars I would. BE AWARE and STAY AWAY.

Prices have gone up, that is not James fault. But I have been noticing the sole (only) employee leaving and staying gone for over an hour leaving the place closed in the middle of the day have come from over 40 miles to get into/ paying for my storage unit this a very BIG PROBLEM. This have happen at least two days in a row. This is not convenient for your current let alone so to be consumers. Please fix if you have Bank issues (low in change) for your store or others please recertify this issue before coming in. Please do not leave your Business close to your consumers in the middle of the day. You will find them going to another established storage facility.
