Less than 12 hours of Hurricane Milton, i called and spoke with a Public Storage representative. She found me a large enough unit to protect my classic auto.
Dale went above and beyond to reopen the gates within minutes of closing down early due to storm landfall. He was kind, patient and taught me the important rules I needed to be aware of about the facility. I highly recommend this business and site for your storage needs!

I have been with this company for a few months and they have raised their rate twice now. I started at approximately $90/month. I am now at over $133.00/month. I wonder, how soon will I receive another price hike? Be warned. This might be a pattern of behavior. Other reviews have made similar claims.

This company severely price gouged me with me during the pandemic increasing rent 200% from my base rent over my time using them for 3 years. While my unit was advertised as climate controlled, it was not. The unit did not even have a light inside of it. There were several of my boxes that had rodent infestations. I will never do business with this company again and urge you to avoid them at all costs.
So called attempts to email me, text and call me are bogus.

I was out on the 1st, 5pm... Swept clean, GOT CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE MONTH, $205!!!MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS, NOPE... EMAIL, NOPE... STARTED GETTING CALLED BY A DEPT COLLECTOR WITHIN 30 DAYS!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! Going back to EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!!! MANY RENTALS, NEVER AN ISSUE... IVE GOT ANOTHER UNIT THAT'LL BE EMPTY THE 30TH!!!

(We appreciate that circumstances can change.) As if the 33% increase was MY fault! I indeed DID speak to the manager first, they have NO authority to change rent rate. The current ADVERTISED RATE is actually cheaper than my original rate! She put in the request and within fifteen minutes I was denied by corporate. That's okay. Rentals have opened up since Irma and others closer want our business. This is out and out Corporate Greed, taking advantage of the pain caused by Irma. I would advise staying away because they will get you too!
