Insulation falling from the ceiling. My unit was leaking from the roof. And there were bird feathers in my unit. I can guarantee you that I do not own birds or raise birds in the unit.

Resulta que abrieron una cuenta en el Storage ilegal, con robo de identidad, y llamamos para conocer de la situación, y nos comunico la persona que atiende las llamadas telefónicas lo siguiente:
1ro. que ellos no tienen nada que ver con la cuenta abierta aun siendo un robo de identidad porque fue abierta online.
2do. Que aun yendo allí, y comprobando la identidad de la persona con la que fue robada su identidad no podrán emitir ningún documento al respecto para hacer la denuncia en la policía.
3ro. Que como unico ellos pueden cerrar la cuenta es que: el que la abrió retire todo lo que tiene en el espacio alquilado,
CONCLUSIONES:
Lo que dan a entender es que dicho storage, participa y justifica que un delincuente abra un espacio guarde lo que sea dentro y no pueden hacer nada para evitar estos delitos que pueden tener consecuencias tanto para la persona que le fue robada su identidad como el hecho que este usando el storage como parte de un presunto acto delictivo. Tampoco les importa lo que guarde un DELINCUENTE DENTRO DEL STOROGE cualquier producto que puede ser desde una bomba hasta drogas, o quizás productos de un hecho delictivo.
CONCLUSIONES: NI SE INTERESARON EN CONOCER QUE STORAGE ESTA SIENDO PARTE DE UN DELITO. SOLO nos trato como si fuéramos los delincuentes, de forma grocera, negligente, he inconsecuente. MALISIMA ATENCION.
Y al jusgar por el trato de la persona que atiende el telefono no tiene ninguna ética profesional y su actitud fue de maltrato todo el tiempo, parecía que estamos tratando el asunto con una funcionaria en Cuba.
