Horrible facility Apparently under renovation, but they don't bother posting a sign that the office is open but the doors that grant you access from the elevator lobby are permanently locked. The manager is rude. Talking to him is like talking to a robot, he don't quite understand the company rule or make up his own because, I have used other public storage facilities in the past and never been treated this way. He enforces rules in the most ridiculous way. For example, if you come in to the office using the front doors and already have a rented unit, door code, lock, etc., you can't use the other double doors to get access to the elevators but instead, you have to get out back thru the front door, go around the back so you can enter the elevator lobby using the back doors. Stay away from this facility or you will be disappointed. I will be parting with them as soon as my lease is over.

El peor storage de Miami muy sucio el señor que lo atiende muy mal carácter tiene siempre el baño cerrado es decir si tienes ganas de ir al baño es por gusto está cerrado eso es una falta de respeto el aire ni hablar demasiado calor la temperaturas dentro son de 90 grados F si te toca una mudanza a las 12 del día es muy incómodo mucho calor siempre ahí basura en los parqueos afuera en limpieza 🧹 no le daría ni una estrella lugar demasiado sucio por eso todas las personas cada vez que voy que veo que se están mudando es decir se están hiendo de ese lugar les pregunto y todos me dicen lo mismo ese lugar es un desastre no recomiendo ese lugar a nadie gracias a Dios este es mi último mes en ese lugar los dueños deberían supervisar más el lugar

I’ve had a storage unit (10x15) at this location for a number of years. While there’s been increases to the rent I just received an email that my rent would increase from $294 to $370 starting August. In this economy where everything has increased I would understand if it weren’t for the fact that people that haven’t been giving this company their business for years are able to rent the same storage unit for significantly less. This company doesn’t value longevity when you’ve rented with them for a while. I’ll be looking into a competitor for better pricing because this is absolutely ridiculous. I’d also like to point out it’s a pain to get into this complex because the gate codes are like 12 digits and you have to do the same when entering the elevator. There’s never flat carts available to use unless you go to the office but only during working hours and people leave their trash and they don’t pick it up. Aside from that 9/10 the A/C is low. Save your money and your time, go somewhere they actually value your business. * notice how they only reply to good 5 star reviews not people that leave them anything less to address actual issues*

HORRIBLE SERVICIO CUANDO UNO VA A GUARDAR SUS COSAS, UNA SOLA CARRETILLA PARA TODO EL EDIFICIO, EL BAÑO NADIE PUEDE IR PORWUE ESTÁ BAJO LLAVE Y CUANDO VAS A BUSCAR ALGUIEN NADIE TE RESPONDE EN LA OFICINA. Van varias veces q vengo y eso lo mismo hoy mismo varias personas pasando mucho trabajo porq no hay carretillas h un elevador no funcionas horrible. Espero q resuelvan más carretillas y no haya tanto mal customer service.

Too expensive

Positives: The place is clean once you get into the storage areas. Our unit was ready for us when we got there, although it had a gigantic water pipe that took up some space. (5x10 unit). This is the only reason they are getting 2 stars, because the customer service experience should get negative stars. Negatives: Everything else!! I was visiting my mom and helping her move from one storage unit to another, since she had moved to the opposite side of the city. Luckily, this facility was only 3 miles away and it was open on Sunday (supposedly). I went online to reserve the unit but was not able to reserve it for Sunday move-in. I contacted the location, which was supposed to be open until 5pm, but I had to leave a voicemail. After a few hours we went to the facility, in hopes of getting the entry code, but there was no one at the facility. We decided to move her belongings out and keep them overnight, so we could be at the facility when it opened at 930am. We actually arrived around 945am, and again there was no one at the office. My mom had not received a text or email with the code, as we were told. Upon calling a centralized location they told her it was in her account and then emailed it as well. Once we got through the gates we went to grab a cart/dolly to start moving, but there were none. Not because other people were using them, but because they do not leave them out. According to someone else, you have to present an ID and "check-out" the dolly. That would have been easy enough to do if someone was there. Thankfully, we had a hand-truck that we were able to use. Others there were not so lucky. We left around 1120 and there was still no one at the office. No one has ever returned my call, either. We chose this location because of the reviews and good service, but I can't speak about their service because I have never experienced it. Very disappointing!

I had been renting a climate controlled 5'x15' storage unit with this Public Storage facility since 04/2018 and I started with my rent being $90.03 (after taxes and insurance). I loved the customer service at this place when I first started, the people at the lobby were always friendly when I came in to visit my storage unit, flatbed carts were always available to use without having to contact anyone, parking spaces were always available, the place wasnt too busy with alot of other customers trying to use the facility at the same time, my stuff felt safe and secure being on the second floor with access codes needed to open the gate and take the elevator to the second floor, and the rent was reasonable for the size of the unit that I was renting. Over time however the service has started to get worse, on the second floor where I was paying for my climate controlled 5'x15' unit you cant feel any A/C at all when your in there which caused me to sweat every time I would start moving alot of boxes around in my unit and start to organize things to try to make the most out of the space that I was paying for with my unit. The flatbed carts that were once readily available every time that I came to visit were taken away and now you have to see the facility operator and give them your drivers license to keep until you return the flatbed cart, they claim it was because people were taking the flatbed carts and not returning them. The rent had also gone up little by little on my unit, heres a breakdown of the price increases that I got while I was renting with Public Storage 04/02/2018 = $90.03 for a 5'x15' (when I started) 05/02/2019 = $109.16 for a 5'x15' (first price increase) 08/02/2020 = $118.57 for a 5'x15' (second price increase) 08/02/2021 = $137.74 for a 5'x15' (im starting to notice a pattern here) 08/01/2022 = $187.79 for a 5'x15' (agian another price increase in Aug) 08/02/2023 = $211.22 for a 5'x15' (by this time I left for a competitor) By the time that I left I was paying more than double the price that I started with for the same amount of space and benefits that I once had like access to flatbed carts had been taken away, a/c in my climate controlled unit felt like it was never on, customer traffic had increased so sometimes it was hard finding parking spaces when I came to visit my unit, and my rent kept going up. I ended up leaving for a nearby competitor named Extra Space Storage and now instead of having a 5'x15' storage unit for $211.22 like I did with Public Storage now I have a 10'x15' storage unit (double the space) for $200.47. The A/C actually works at Extra Space Storage too and the flatbed carts are freely available like they once were at Public Storage.

There is never a cart available to use and bathroom are always lock. Update on this location. DO NOT RENT HERE, I started playing 78 $ and ended playing 160 for a 5×10 in less then a year. When I turned the unit in, the attitude from the staff was incredinle. Super rude!

Absolutely awful. My payment was $154 a month for the smallest unit . I did my contract over the phone with the 800 service and somewhere in the fine print it says “subject to increase based on market” but they don’t tell you this when you sign your contract . So ok, maybe 10-$20 a month increase at some point no problem. NOPE My unit rate increased $60 A MONTH overnight after 4 months of the same payment . This place is a scam and if you don’t pay your bill they lock you out and threaten to keep and sell your belongings. The Hialeah location also never answers the phone , and try to overcharge your bill if you pay in person . Don’t rent from this place if you don’t want an unexpected 50% increase of your bill every couple months !

I've had a storage unit at this location for some time now and have never had an issue. Site Managers and staff are friendly and helpful and are always available to answer questions. Morela is simply amazing and will help you with any billing concerns and helpful storage tips to get the most of your unit. Logan and Ralph are also amazing and always make sure there are carts ready and available for clients. Bathrooms are impeccable and unit floors are always nice and clean and free of debris from untidy movers. My only issue is with corporate because they don't really take care of thier long standing clients, really wish there were more discounts and perks for long term customers, other than that this Public Storage Location is on point. Thank you so much for taking care of us! Highly recommended!

No handtruck availble. Toilets are always closed. As soon as I rent a space, I receive an email increasing the monthly payment, but they are renting spaces same size for less? You have to pay the insurance every month, but if you read details it no covers many things.
