Your facility seems to have an issue with having your TWO carts available for tenants. Any time we come to any of our units to move items in & out your carts are not available. If we come after hours, they are locked.
As has been suggested to your property manager on numerous occasions, this is an easy solution:
1. Find the last Unit that signed the cart out
2. Contact said unit renter and have them return the cart immediately
3. Said unit renter doesn’t get utilization of cart again
4. Going forward change your rule, to keep a driver’s license or credit card when someone checks out a cart.

Limited carts, location closes early and you have to carry everything by hand. Lady at office with red hair is not friendly.
Location needs proper cleaning and smell better.
Difficulty with elevator and entering code as keypad is outside and many times elevators does not accept

I can’t express enough how happy I am to continue being a customer at the facility located at 7850 W 4th Ave. If I can give a higher rating to this review, I would.
Customer Service makes a big difference on the way a business runs daily and this place is so fortunate to have Celia as the face and engine of this facility.
The personable experience that she provides to me and even other customers in that I’ve had in front of me, is not only polite and professional, but exceptional.
She goes above and beyond, and cares about making sure all of your storage needs are addressed, all of your questions are answered and that you have the best storage size and rates that fit your needs.
The parking lot and unloading area is very comfortable, especially the large carport overhang and automatic doors (avoiding rain and sun). And the AC always works.
The building is also very well maintained, very clean, and has good prices.
I highly recommend this location.

El servicio en estos momentos es pésimo te ofrecen carros para transportar la mudanza y nunca hay disponible plantean que solo hay uno pero todos los afectados estamos muy disgustado y en muchas ocasiones nunca hay nadie en oficina o te vas o esperas más de 40 minutos para ver si aparece la única trabajadora que tiene que mantener la limpieza de los tres pisos más tareas de oficina por todos estos disgustos más la renta que la suben cada seis meses sin tener en cuenta el mal servicio tendré que retirar mi renta ojalá sirviera estás inquietudes a la compañía y tomen medidas para mejorar el servicio y se mantenga los clientes y cambien su opinión y vuelva hacer como cuando lo abrieron gracias

Tracy the property manager has made my move-in experience fantastic. She is very professional, helpful as is a delight to talk to. This company is very fortunate to have her as a representative at this location. Space and property is very clean as although, it is a bit warm inside the storage hallways. Thermostat reads 80 degrees. I hope this does not cause furniture to grow mildew.

Mike Smith is hands down the the most helpful person at Public Storage! Mike helped me multiple times on separate dates. He was kind, patient, and took care of the situation. He is very professional and was the only person to really help me out.

There's never an attendant to help. Dollys are never available. Too expensive for the service.
It has everything. Good location. Good customer service. Tracy is Excellent person to work with.
They only have 2 carts for that big place. We go there & there was one family using the two carts for hours so no one else could have access to using the carts. It's ridiculous😡
This has to be the most hated service out there. First the overpriced rate is increased with no notification, the first year of service. They don't keep enough carts, making it impossible to move your things around. Finally, there is rarely anyone in the office. If you have questions or need to see an onsite employee, good luck. I am purging all my old things so I can stop wasting money on such a terrible service.
Definitely an amazing place for storage since it is located inside! I didn't have to worry about the flooding reaching my stuff inside. Also, when my lock broke they were very helpful and quick in giving me another one!
When I came in to the Public Storage location, I was told by the acting property manager, Desmond Curington that the elevators were not working and that I would not be able to access my 2nd Floor
unit.
What a complete disaster !! I had a rented truck outside full of my furniture, It is raining cats and dogs outside, and I have two movers waiting to complete my moving job !! Can't access my storage unit to complete my move.
Desmond was resourceful enough to get on the phone, call his District Manager, explain what happened and make arrangements to get me into another, even larger unit for the same price !!!
Disaster Averted !! Praise God !! Thank You Jesus!

Haven't had to deal with heavy traffic at this location. Sometimes I have to go to the office to get a cart but they usually have them. Very clean and accessible with the app.
Never rented a storage unit but thank God I ran into the Public Storage in Hialeah by the Gratigny Expressway. Add to that, equally grateful that I got Tracy from the get go and then also Celia. How much luck can one get? Two for one! Lol. This place is super clean, everything runs great BUT the BEST are these two ladies and staff. They are on point on everything and contact you ASAP, nonstop if anything needs attention or correction. Thank you for everything and making my first and hopefully my only rental storage experience GREAT!
Tracy and Yesenia are the best it’s always a load fun and laughter when I come in to the office. The customer service from the 2 is amazing. Thank u ladies for making my day every time I come in keep up the good work.

Public Storage is safe, air-conditioned, clean and secure. They raised my rates recently, but I still think this location offers great value.

Although the elevator is not the most reliable, Tracy and Yesenia are awesome and extremely helpful.
Was moving out of town and had to close storage unit but we ran into some tough situations. Tracy was able to help us out and make the move-out process go extremely smoothly. She saved us a lot of stress, is absolutely amazing and provides superior customer service. Only downside of my two years there was the price increases which is not a reflection of this location.

No estoy muy contenta ya que solo llevo 3 meses guardando mis cosas ahí y ya me subieron la renta de $107 a $148 no creo que sea justo.cuando me dijeron que subía a los 6 meses.antes del 30 de enero estoy cerrando la renta con ellos y habiendo en otro lugar.
