Kim went out of her way to come to a different location after we had issues with our lock and key she was super helpful and treated me with the upmost respect I definitely will be dealing with her when I need anything. Thank you

Would not recommend getting a storage unit from here… my items were chewed up by rats and rat droppings were left on my things. I was also charged for the month even though I moved my things out. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager for over a week and no one has returned my phone call. They say they value your business but you can’t even speak to someone when you have an issue, nor will they return your calls. Terrible service.

35 % Increase every year. Rates in the units, damaging your stuff. Gates open a lot, which the homeless use. 5 x 10 over 200 a month. Don't believe their ratings !!!!

I’ve had my items in the storage unit for two years two of my items were ruined by what I suspect is rats eating at a beautiful wooden frame that I left protected. All my boxes have yellow stains on top of them. I had an outdoor unit I was more than prepared for heat damage to items which happened, but never thought my items would end up infested in animal feces and silverfish roaches. What’s funny is I started paying almost half less than what I was originally paying and every year my payment went up. Learned my lesson with them. Now I’m paying way less than I originally paid for this storage unit in a climate controlled with other company and for an indoor location. When I entered what a huge difference I couldn’t believe I had been loyal to staying thinking all storage places were the same. Absolutely shocked at the cleanliness and maintenance compared to this location, I regret staying as many of my items were ruined this year and I had to disinfect and couldn’t bring anything inside my home until I checked all boxes and cleaned the exterior. Double the work for no reason.

Rodents in indoor climate controlled unit for second time. I will have to file a claim and move out. The rodents have ruined many items and the smell is awful. I have a physical disability so I was hoping it would be taken care of the first time as moving will be very difficult and painful for me. Will update with customer care info and photos asap.

Outrages pricing!!!! You don't have to pay these $$$ there's many more storage options at much more reasonable prices. We moved out after the prices increased over $100 monthly, 4 times without notice.

One important thing the people at Public Storage realized: customers service goes a long way. Thank you for a year of storage, all went well.

Five stars because of James at the front desk when We signed up. Very helpful and friendly. The facility is very nice and just recently had a makeover. But also during this makeover they are remodeling the office. Unfortunately it has been in the process of being remodeled for almost a year and there is never a manager on site. So if you want to make any payments in person you have to go to another public storage facility. I would always go to the one right down the street from this facility. There is a lady there named Nahar, and she is so kind and so helpful. We no longer need the unit but I recommend Public Storage just due to the great customer care form those like Nahar.

Be very careful with this place, I had automatic pay every month and paid every month with no issues and they still locked up my stuff with no explanation and no warning. This place is shady.👎
