If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE. The people are rude, the hours are ridiculous if you work, they raise the rent every 2 months, they cut your lock if you're one day late, and after I moved it they threatened to charge me because apparently someone else put their stuff in my open unit. Buyer BEWARE!!! Don't rent here.

Facility is not well managed, inadequate pest control. All of my belongings had rodent feces, bug eggs and dead bug carcasses covering them.

First time ever renting a storage unit and Public Storage was a great choice. Sign up was easy and I was able to move my stuff in that day, prices are reasonable for the amount of space. Easy access anytime with your own entry code, you can also set up automatic payments using the app which was very convenient. Very clean, safe environment, 24hr AC and the customer service was fantastic. I utilized my storage unit for about 3 years without any issues whatsoever. Very Happy Customer and I will definitely use Public Storage again in the future!!!! :)

The place is not safe at all. The gate has been damaged, and someone broke in six storage including mine. And they don't have any video recording of the situation. And to get a hold of them is a nightmare!!! I am very disappointed with them.

I’ve had a storage unit here for quite a while and have always had great customer service. I recently had an issue trying to pay online as there was a glitch in the system. I contacted Allan the property manager who was able to quickly help me resolve the matter. I have spoken to him several times in the past and he has always been so polite and professional with me. I can see why he’s been there as long as he has. I highly recommend this facility as you won’t be disappointed. I also have spoken to Nahar many times and she has always been very courteous and professional as well.

Nahar was very helpful. We recently moved here and was looking for a short term storage solution. Nahar walked us through the entire process in detail and answered all our questions completely.

Its so surprising to see so many good reviews about Nahar, where as I had the worst experience today. Today is my first day and I signed up for the storage online. I go there. There is no guidance of where to go or how to reach my unit. While I finally made it to the storage unit, it started raining really bad. I went inside and asked my step daughter to wait in the car as it was raining really bad and all i had to do was return the new lock, Nahar showed no empathy at all. All i said was as a request if she can take the lock and process the refund, instead i get a very very rude reply saying there is a process and the process was me standing in the office in the AC where all she did was completed her process and said the refund will go back to the card. I mean how inhuman someone inspite of knowing the fact that i was completely drenched and standing in the AC i was shivering and with a kid waiting in the car. I could have understood if there were like documentations for me to sign it was a different matter all together however this was a brand new lock return. Now i go home change and come back to move more items. The rain is gone , sun is out and it is super hot. Now my gatecode didnt work and I noticed the gate was stuck so i decided to go inside and communcate so she cud fix or wud know of a solution being an employee. As soon as i reach there the office has a door that has to be opened from inside. She was attending a customer but didnt bother to move for a quick second to let me in instead of me standing out in the bad heat. I knocked on the door couple of time she saw me and was showing signs to wait. Following me was 2 more customers who were treated the same to stand outside in that bad heat. This is not over yet. I go inside and complaint about the door not opening to which her reply was "it must be the sensor try again" when i told her i tried 6 times, in her most rude tone she replied you are not supposed to try 6 times and also said I cannot do anything, if your code doesnt work mine will not work either. Atleast if she could only communicate a solution. Trust me i have an other storage with extra space for sure they are slightly expensive but what awesome customer service. I wouldnt recommend to come to this specific storage. I have had public storage before but first time an unpleasnt employee experience. In short WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I do not have anything stored at this facility but I would have to go here to take care of payments for another public storage facility whose office has been closed for almost a year. I am always happy with the customer care I receive from the people who work here. Especially the kindness and helpfulness of a lady named Nahar. She is so kind. If this facility is run anything like the way they run their office then I highly recommend this facility.

I need a unit immedietly so I called several local places...this one had very good prices. I went there in person just to make sure it was what I needed...the woman behind the desk, Nahar, was extremely pleasant and informative...could not ask for someone better. Both informative and friendly...Iwas inquiring about several sizes and she gave me a tour of the different units, and helped me pick the right one without being too pushy (the storage place before this kept trying to sell me on a unit that was about triple what I jeeded, and they didn't even tell me about the smaller units at first) The only things I dislike about the place are: #1) the hours of unit access are not amazing. Could be worse, but still not great. #2)The units are cages instead of walls. Vut I suppose this was naccessory to produce a higher unit count and ultimately lower the prices for us. If you need a unit, no doubt go here.
