If I can give zero stars I would This is one of the worst public storage I have been trying to get in contact with someone for approximately 2-3 weeks no one is ever in the office I moved out on October 15 they just called me saying the storage is missing the lock and I have to pay !!! I wish someone would contact me because I’m tired of trying to contact the property manager that’s never in the office

The staff are liars and thieves. Don’t buy the auctions from this facility. I’m warning you. If they aren’t stealing the merchandise from it, they will lie and make complaints about you. I am in the middle of writing a small claims lawsuit against the facility right now. absolutely the worst company you can ever store your merchandise in. There are rats in the facility, and the staff are some of the worst in the world.

Nahar saves the day again!
An Ex-employee that I worked with tried to access my storage unit, likely to steal what was in it but thanks to Nahar and her attention to detail, she denied access and contacted me in real-time! Her quick thinking saved thousands of dollars of loss and reinforced my peace of mind! (Once again)
If you care about your things and want someone to care about them as much as you, Nahar is who you want to see and Public Storage at 1814 Lake Worth rd. is where you want to go!
I am currently trying to get ahold to the property manager or the corporate office for this location.First of all I been with this storage 9 months and I pay on time!!!I was told 6 months ago my storage fee was going to drop in September the storage went up another 50$ !!My payement is due on the first I was late this month paying we came in today to make my payement for this month which is august and my lock was cut !! We ask the guy that’s sit in the front why was our lock cut we wasn’t notified or anything and from my understanding things don’t go to audition into two months I paid Aug 31. My second month not into September 1 .there was no reason my lock should have been cut or place for audition !!worse storage I ever rented from !!
