The worker at Public Storage Christian nice enough to help me when I needed it

Yanique was very nice and very professional. She handles her duties quite well. The storahe communit was very nice, I like the cleanliness of my unit, I only wish it had been behind the gate, not road side.
The process at Public Storage was swift and easy. The cost is less than half of my previous place. The facility is well maintained and the access is easy and efficient
I have a unit at 13425 Se Hwy 484. Have had it for many years. Door was always difficult to open. Would get stuck. Jason who work’s maintenance came down from Ocala on a day he was not scheduled and opened the door for me. He gave me the days and hours he is at this unit so he would be there. He is the kindest person I have met in a long time. He is the epitome of customer service. I cannot thank him enough. All the units should have an employee like Jason. He is an exemplary representative of customer service for Public Storage. Thank you Jason! You are the best! Btw, he is magic, the door opened without a hitch for Jason.

Is this a storage place for someone to use for personal belongings or is it a mister park storage or used auto lot? Stopped to get information on storage couldn’t find office amongs all the sparky trucks

Charged my account even after I cleared the unit out... customer service was horrible...will NEVER do business with them again
The rental price online does not match what they charge you. I chose $89 a month plus insurance. This was not a discount price. Public Storage is charging me $130 a month plus insurance.
