I've been renting from public storage for about a month now, and I'm very pleased with the storage unit. I ended up purchasing a AC storage unit due to the fact, it's summer time in Florida; and the weather is a different type of hot. Any who, the employee that was of (Indian descent) had great customer service skills and was very helpful. He informed me of the different storage sizes and the different prices and explained to me that if I wanted a AC storage unit how the price will differ. Overall, the prices are very reasonable in my opinion. In addition, the storage units are cleaner than most storage units I've seen. So thank you very much for providing the service you provided with helping me make the right decision. I would highly recommend this storage unit to other people.

Sick and tired of it! Inconsistencies in the billing date and then they make it look like you were mistaken. Last time I went there to take some things out of my unit I got locked in. The door to get in/out works with a code. Got in fine and then I couldn’t get out. By myself in a dark place with only light above me. Called the office numerous times and no one answered (no one ever does), called the 800 nbr, and then couldn’t open the door remotely. Finally I couldn’t take it anymore and called 911. The Fire Department released me. Happens the door handle was broken. Miraculously, the grounds person showed up from nowhere. Excuse: he was doing the rounds.
Surprised they don’t have a work phone in sync with the office telephone they can answer if they are doing the rounds in the property. They don’t add anything to your peace of mind.
Janet gave us back our sanity from the public storage nightmare. She is very knowledgeable in her job. She's was able to correct our issues in a matter of minutes of which we tried to correct with many uniformed employees over the phone. The five stars goes to Janet who deserves 10 stars. A smart company would have more Janets on their team.
Terrible! I took my business elsewhere. I sat in the parking lot for over an hour. I had to make two phone calls to the phone number listed on the door for assistance. I spoke with three different people. I was told to sit and wait in the parking lot. They said that the attendant is probably walking the grounds. They should be checking the office within about ten. I was also given the direct phone number to the store. I called that number two times. I got voice mail both times. After wasting gas just sitting there, I decided to look up another storage company. I'm so glad that I went with a different company!
They are not 24 hours. If you are In the gates after nine they don’t like it. Fairly priced

We had a miscommunication in the family and another family member removed the items from the unit. The personnel at the location were very patient with us and started their own investigation while we determined that the items were removed by another family member. Their professionalism and patience we extremely impressive.
Very helpful with setting up my account
Janet is an actual angel. I rented at a remote property she used to manage (2110 NE 36th Ave) and could not find my unit. Public Storage decided on the brilliant idea to replace all rational help with a kiosk locked behind a broken door. Felt like I was losing every last marble looking for my space which seemingly did not exist and for which I had no map (note to self: actually look at the property you’re renting from ahead of time, dummy!). The number they gave me for the property manager apparently connected to no one, probably that damned kiosk that refused to take my call (I guess they didn’t give it a voice box). I finally realized the number I was trying to call was not the same as Janet’s, who had called me when I made my initial reservation. She was so sweet and understanding and all my anger and confusion vanished the second she was on the line (amazing what the human voice can do to a woman only met by answering machines and phone menus, and I’m saying that as a gen z’er). The five stars from this review belong only to Janet, as Public Storage itself failed me in terms of actual human service for that remote property. Your dumb little kiosk can’t open a broken door can it? Janet could at least holler at me through one, and she’d be damn funny about it, too.

They will attract you with low prices and in a 2 year period they will have tripled your rent. Little by little they will hike their prices and the only option you have is go and get another unit elsewhere. This is guaranteed. Just look at the last review on their local webpage.
It was great when it first opened but now, the prices are out of control. I know you have to make money to stay in business but to go from $85.00 a month for storage to over $215.00 in 2 years? Ridiculous and only gouging folks now.

This public storage is A really great place. It is Affordable it's located right on 441 near the village's. My unit is inside and climate control. It's a great size for the price. The manager was great gave me some free boxes.

I have been renting a storage unit here for the past 2 months. Even before we moved in, the service was great! Janet and Mo are very helpful. I realized before I moved-in that I needed a bigger space. They helped me get the unit switched for the best price. When I didn't receive a refund check, Janet assisted me in figuring out how to get reimbursed. She gave me the corporate number and they were very quick in crediting my account.
One time I was at the unit and was having trouble opening it. Mo was right there to help.

Because of my last review I was told I need to get off property that my girlfriend had one hour to gather our property and I was not allowed back on the premises. Per the regional manager. Well I was told that if I put a five star rating.And said something nice about the manager they e allow me back on the property to gather all our possessions. So I did that only to get my things. Bottom line is I'm not allowed back on public storage property but I have gotten all my things. All because I said the manager was rude. I'm sure the manager was having a bad day so I figured I would bring her up on her awareness
