My experience with the property manager was disappointing. This morning, she was rude and raised her voice during our phone conversation, treating me as if I were a delinquent customer rather than a potential new one. I felt disrespected and embarrassed by the way I was handled. As a result, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
Not a good value. Rats all around, they went all over my cloths, bite into my toothpaste too. Went to a brand storage unit facility a block up the road for a quarter of the price.

I needed a place to store mom's things after i moved them from New England to Delaware, and Frances at the Public Storage on Kirkwood Highway was very accomodating. The process of setting up the rental agreement did not take much time, and the monthly price on the small unit that i got was very affordable.
Mrs. Francis was exceptional with transfering me to a larger unit. She greets you with smile and beautiful personality.
This place will make you feel miserable, whit low value, trash, nobody for them. WHAT HAPPENED? I forget my phone in the badroom. When i try to came back for my phone the badroom was looked. I try to call to assisance an nobody reply me. To the speakers that are beside the electronic door and nothing. Sudently i see the black woman whit short hair who works there and i ask her that please open the door. She dident want. She blame me for to forget my phone there. WHAT? SHE WORK THERE, SHES SUPOSE TO SUPPORT THE CUSTOMERS BUT NOT. SHES JUST TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CAME BACK TOMORROW UNTILL 9:30 AM . SHE HAVE THE KEYS IN HER POCKET OR WHATEVER BUT SHE DIDENT WANT TO MAKE THAT FAVOR. YOU WONT HAVE SUPPORT IN THIS PLACE WHEN YOU HAVE A TROUBLE. I KEEP TRYING TO CALL BY PHONE AND NOBODY ANSWER.
Am in between living situations in my post-graduating college-but before I start my big girl job, so had to put some of my things in storage for a bit. This place is clean, safe, well organized, well priced and easy to access. Frances, the woman who helped us, was absolutely the best. I don’t typically write reviews but she was so awesome and sweet I just had to. Totally recommend

Nice clean place, but my aunt had to move her things out asap.. she was only there 2 months and they without warning just decided to up her rent by $100.00 a month. She's elderly and could not afford that. So we had to drive from WV to get her things out of there for her. The lady at the office was really sweet though, not blaming her..
Very odd location for storage units though.
Reasonably priced, convenient location, and VERY clean...not single piece of litter on the grounds! It was super easy to rent a storage unit online, the app is fantastic too.
There is an extra perk to this location....Miss Frances! And there just are enough stars to rate her...her personality is immeasurable! She is such a kind human with THE biggest smile! Heck, I want to pull up a chair and have tea with her!!

I was looking to rent a storage unit. There were a few clauses I wasn’t quite sure of prior to completing my reservation so I didn’t complete it. Frances called me within 30 minutes to see if I had any questions or concerns. I went in afterwards and she helped me make sure the unit was the size I needed and answered all my questions. This was first time renting a storage unit and if front desk associate Francis wasn't there I wouldn't know what to do. She helped me out picking which storage would be best for my needs. She was kind, patient, super helpful. I came in about two weeks prior to my move looking trying to find a unit. She searched different areas for me that may have promotion deals. After comparing prices, I decided it would be best for me to keep my belongs at that location. She allowed me to see the storage units and help me through the process and made sure I understood how everything would work out. When I was ready to purchase my unit, the price had decreased and it was better the the couple of weeks before. It was a pleasure to work with her. Ever time I visit it is always clean and never crowded. If you go there as long as Ms. Francis is there know you will be well taken care of!
