BESIDES THE MANAGER. WAS RUDE AND. VERY. DISMISSIVE WHEN SOMEONE TRYJNG TO TALK SHE REALLY NEED A BETTER JOB TO FIX HER ATTITUDE NOT OKAY AT ALL I TRIED TO CONACT SOMEONE FOR 2 WEEKS BEFORE MOVING OUT AND HAVING THE NEW MONTH COMEi ASKED FOR. A REFUND . . NOONE ANSWERED THE PHONE NOR PHYSICALLY PRESENT WHEN IN NEED . NOT A VERY. RELIABLE SOURCE. IF YOUR IN NEED OF RATES BEING CHEAP. MY. UNIT WAS 120 A MONTH. THAN THEY TRY. MAKING ME PAY 200 DOLLARS FOR WHAT ? A 5 ×10UNIT. REALLY. OUTLANDISH PRICES. AND ID SUGGEST RENTING AT STORQUEST ITS MORE AFFORDABLE AND THEY HAVE A MUCH BETTER ATTITUDE AND THEY SHOW GRATITUDE FOR. THE CUSTOMERS THEY WANT TOHELP AND KEEP GENUINELY !! WILL NEVER RENT AT PUBLIC STORAGE AGAIN.

Literally the most foul place. I have random items missing from my storage. And I had some boxes that literally smelled like urine when I brought them from the storage to my new home. I noticed a puddle that had dried in the unit, but thought nothing of it. In addition, my son has missing shoes as well as household items that were not in my storage when I moved out. Also, I called bc I accidentally made a double payment, but could not get ahold of anyone. No one is ever in the office. They made sure to call me on a mess they THOUGHT was mine!

Limited hours due to staff shortage makes access to office for help problematic.

After a nightmare of a move, Christy was amazing! Christy is the Property Manager, & she is amazing! She took care of me on a holiday, & after I locked myself out she helped get back into my unit. I rented another unit with the Green Sign, & Public Storage is significantly better than the competition. The place is super clean, & feels safe.

Note on the gate said it was broken and to go inside so they could open it. It was an hour before close and the employee had the door locked. Instead of opening the door we played charades and yelled through glass until we figured out she was saying to call the phone number on the door. We called and after a few minutes of robot options, none of them indicating they could help with the gate, I left a message for the on-site manager (staring at me through the glass door). She was trying to yell at me again (all she needed to do was open the door a little) saying I needed to call again or do something different. When I got back to my car the gate was opening. There should've been a note on the gate with the phone number, not one telling me to go inside. The associate should've been more clear and helpful. The storage at this facility is fine if you can actually get inside.
Went there to get a visual picture of unit sizes, Ashley helped us out was so helpful & accommodating.

I have stored my belongings with many different facilities in the past, most of which where ideal and did live up to standards. However, this particular PS facility was a bit different. I had a very pleasant experience with a secure, clean unit and Christy's customer service was on point. The positive experience and exceptional service from Christy has made this particular PS facility my "go to" for storage needs and can expect me as a repeat customer!
I just want to say public storage is a great place for your storage needs I was with them for 4 years and the staff here is absolutely amazing especially Christy one of the storage managers the facility is always clean / secure if I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely store with public storage again!!

These people are soo grimy here I would not ever go here again or ever recommend anyone. I left my stuff here for a month and stuff went missing ! And on top of it the lady in the front didn’t wanna give us access to are stuff cause she knew she stole it!

Storage is clean but when time to leave had to spend 45 min on phone with customer service just to leave lot which caused me to pay extra for truck rental. Not sure how common this is but definitely not professional on that day.
