Today I had the honor of being helped by a young lady by the name of Kayla. She was extremely kind and polite and she really knew her unit sizes. I was not sure what size unit I need it for a half a garage so she showed me two different ones. Which allowed me to make an informed decision. She also answered all of my questions without hesitation. So I say way to go Kayla. I hope when I need or someone else needs service there that she's still around.

I just rented a storage unit here from Deb and she was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility if you need self storage.

This place sucks! Public storage raises your rent every six months! When i pulled up to my unit today, there was loads of trash and a bottle of coke cut in half and filled with piss right outside my unit. The crazy lady who works here has been vandalizing my locks since i moved in. I brought a personal lock that i kept on my unit along with the lock from this place that again was purchased so theres no reason for them putting public storage stickers on my locks. No biggie, i removed them. Only every time i removed them she would come put more on! Shes actually ridiculous and i packed my stuff up and left today. Rent here at your own risk cuz public storage actually hates their customers, from my experience.

Apparently public storage likes to gift loyal customers with a rental increase after six months! The best part is i was not informed in any way whatsoever even though my contract reads they will give 30 days notice of rental increase. Pretty shady. I broke my key inside the lock (their keys are super flimsy, buy your own.) and couldnt lock my unit, i left to sort it and i had other things going on as well so when i made it back to my unit several hours later it was locked by staff and office was closed. Wasted time and gas. Nobody informed me this lock would be placed, in fact i received a phone call about it and informed them id be back, and after that i received an email that read they cannot secure my unit for me and warning me to secure it so my belongings don't go missing. So if they cant lock it why did they lock it? I appreciate wanting to keep my things safe but we were in communication and i didnt appreciate not having access to my unit when i need to. Otherwise ive had a smooth ride, been here for six months. No other issues.

Mrs Pauline was soo helpful in my endeavors on Wednesday afternoon at the 84th&pecos location! She fully explained the contracts , options & helped me get into a storage unit” even though it wasn’t at her location 😁 thank you Mrs Wallace for going the extra mile for your patrons😁TOP NOTCH!!!

Katie, Brittany and Pauline were immensely helpful. I had to take my review down to four stars because this place is not open at the posted hours and it's very inconvenient unfortunately.

I have had a great experience with Public Storage from the start. My concerns have been heard and taken care of, and the communication between me and the manager Pauline is great as she is very responsive.The grounds are kept clean and I don’t have to worry about people loitering. My safety is their concern. If you need a storage unit reach out to Pauline at the Public Storage in Federal Heights.

Pauline has made storing at public storage worth it again. Shes patient and has gone the extra mile to help make me feel comfortable. Poor girl deserves a golf cart for all that walking and two thumbs up for her dedication to please.

Worst storage I’ve ever heard of let alone had myself. First there was water damage to my stuff. Then they had their gate crashed and didn’t get fixed for months. My unit was robbed. Then like 2 months later they changed the lock holder without letting me know. Making it so I couldn’t get in my unit until I could meet with a property manager. And this whole time they were under staffed and couldn’t get into my unit for like 2 months because of this and my own personal schedule. The whole time no one ever took responsibility. I will never use Public Storage again.

I couldn't access my online account (tried multiple times/week over the course of the last month. 3x today alone) I've called customer service 10+ times with no solution. Person at the desk can't help. This also includes my access code not working. Or getting locked in to where I'm late for work. Being told I was in polite because I had to honk when locked in because the phones don't connect to an actual person. Next time will just call 911 instead if locked in to get it unlocked because this is insanity and not okay. There's only so many times you can do things to resolve problems to do with the basic functioning of a company before your paying them to not give you the services your spending $ on, lock you inside and it's just not worth it

After renting the unit I called several times during business hours for more information about getting the rental lock. I finally had to leave a message but i didn't get a call back until the next day which push my move in by another day which costed me time and money. The facility was dirty with trash everywhere. Homeless people with tents camped on the other side of the fence. The gate was opened and unsecured. There was trash in the unit when I first opened it with exposed wires in the unit. The unit ddoor is damaged at the bottom. The unit description said you can fit up to three bedrooms in it with large furniture but really only able to fit one maybe 2 rooms worth of stuff in it. The light in the unit didn't work and there was barely any lights outside. No wonder they give an online discount because if I would have seen it first I would have never rented it! The first chance I get I'm moving to a different company. I don't know if all there facilities are like this one but this one is horrible.

It's always nice and clean and the bathrooms are always supplied and clean always has hand sanitizer 💙

Worst place do not recommend I got my stuff stolen and was told multiple times they were going to move me and dispute my charges and no one did and I have to pay over 600 for things that corporate and the office people said I would not have to I would go to a different storage wouldn't go here

The manager Brittaney went out of her way to accommodate my meds for a storage unit when I had been to 5 other locations and still needed a storage unit. She went above and beyond while working at a different location to make sure that I was taken care of and left with smile on my face. I would honestly put Brittaney in for Manager of the Year Award. Brittaney just know that you made my day. I can't thank you enough. YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

The gate is updated so you don't have to get in and out of a big moving truck using the app. we had 10x30ft unit and downsized into a 5x10ft.

Brittaney listened to my concern and within 24 hours it was taken care of. She is pleasant and I appreciate her help immensely.

Quick and friendly service.

This particular storage is not climate controlled. The 1.800 # P. S. might tell you it is. Outside garage units only one story no stairs. You need insurance..and pay for theirs or get your own. You must have the paperwork to personally give them..or else drive over again to drop this off. I try to work with them. Be careful how you pack it in there. These Are Outside, with rotten weather at times.

This review comes as a contractor that preformed work on this property. The managers; Dennis, Brittney and Kayla, made an otherwise terrible project, into a well thought out easy to work through process.

Brittaney is a wonderful manager and the right caliber person to run that business. She was very helpful and thorough. I'd definitely recommend to a friend

I recently got divorced so my entire life was turned upside down and have to move 11 years of my life into a small apartment so I had to rent a storage unit until I find something bigger I spoke with Brittney about renting a unit she was so helpful and understanding of my situation and extremely patient I would definitely recommend to my friends and family about this facility

Good storage

I recently rented there and I only needed storage for a month. The manager, I think her name was Shannon took her time and showed me the unit and explained the steps I needed to do at the end of month . Thank you for a easy process during stressfull move.

I rented this storage on line, it was super easy to do however my first month for a $1.00 turned into $35.00 and their reasons is I rented it on the 29th so I was charge a prorated amount and then my rent was do on the first so I paid another pro rated amount, even though I selected the first of May as my move in date. 🤦 When ordering on line they charge you for a lock and if you have one however they will refund it if you prove to them once you get there. So I show the gal my lock and she tells me how easy it is to break, and I ask her well doesn't your cameras keep in eye on the storages, her response was " they do, but may not always catch it because they go this way and that way, our locks are better because they would have to grind it to get it off and we would hear that". The description said the storage facility was clean, well lit and secure with cameras. Well my storage was not clean, and after we cleaned it out and loaded our belonging into it we we looking for the cameras and could not find any! I chose this storage for the location and description on their website and I now wish I would have seen it first because that saying "just because it's on the internet doesn't make it true" couldn't be more right!

I would just like to say the new manager Shannon on 84th and Pecos Federal heights she's been real helpful to me in all aspects of helping me out . She's been helping me out with my unit, she's very friendly very courteous.

Kim was super helpful! She helped us get a great deal on a short term rental. We like how this location is tucked behind other businesses. You barely know it's there.

I'm new to the area so I stopped in there to be about a storage, and the manager I think Shannon was her name very nice. She took the time so tell me about the spaces even though I wasn't ready to rent yet. I told her I'm just moving up here and we'll need a place in about a week or two thumbs up

This place has really gone downhill. No one is ever in the office. I have been there countless times with people waiting outside and no manager ever in sight.

Moving out of my house was stressful enough and then I realized the storage space I had rented was too small so I was in tears. Shannon was great! The new managers are very helpful and more upbeat then some of the past ones. They seem to care about what they do and made the process easy considering the stress with moving.
