Fast and easy and very helpful. And really clean storage facility
Everyone does all their business online these days, I just want to mention that now and come back to it later. I did my booking online and booked a 5x10‘ storage unit. When i arrived with my 5x9’ uhual trailer, I was able to tell almost instantly, that the storage unit itself would be able to fit inside the trailer. Did some quick measurements and it was 4.25x8’. which doesn’t sound like much of a difference but when you do the math, that’s 50sq feet vs 34 sq feet. If you think about things that are close to 16 square feet, think of a coach or a large fridge. while they have disclaimers saying sizes are appropriate. When you talk to the chat help they say, we do recommend inspecting the unit before you purchase it. Where was that option when I was using your online platform?? That to me is an insane approximation. it’s like if a gas station said, yeah it’s approximately a gallon of gas but you‘re only getting .75 gallons and paying for the full gallon. Sounds like false advertising to me. well I gave it them 2 stars because I didn’t have any other issues with the sign up or move in.

Outstanding service!
We only rented a unit for 1 month but the service was great and ending the contract was a piece of cake. Also because of my extreme paranoia with the last storage facility we used, I sent insect traps and rodent traps in our unit for 10 days prior to moving in and didn't catch even an ant! Their units are absolutely pest free!
We will rent from them again.

This is a hard one to review because on one hand Michelle at the location on Quivas is so kind and so willing to help! If I
was reviewing just her at this location I would gladly give it a 5 star rating however on the other hand the company itself is awful! I have been a customer at this storage place for a few years now. I just downsized due to rent increase. For some reason my rent keeps increasing every few months! I’m only in a 10x15 and come April I will be paying almost 300 dollars! 287 to be exact! Michelle has done her best to keep my rate where it was when I moved into the smaller unit at 172. However I think we are running out of options.
Also I don’t understand why if I’m a new customer I think the deal is half off but existing and loyal customers only get rent increases every other month! Do better public storage!

The four stars is mostly due to raising of the rent (see below).
Pros:
• Michelle (property manager) was very friendly and helpful! When my rent was raised, she proactively found a way to get it back down. That was SUPER appreciated!
• The move-in and move-out experience was smooth.
• The facility was kept up and clean!
Cons:
• The cost–it gets very expensive.
• The office hours are sporadic and there was usually no one physically there when I was there calls required calls back, most of the time.
• Though Michelle helped offset this (thanks to her, again), the company "punishes" people for being longer-term customers by raising rent. They really need to do away with that.
Remodel is beautiful
Just had the best experience renting my storage unit. I was able to get a 5x10 for what others charge for a 5x5 or 5x8! Anna was able to get me in and out quickly and the units are spotless. I liked the cameras covering the whole property. I'm happy!

I might not like public storage in general. Only from bad experience in the past. Where I was unloading my Uhaul into my unit. And basically had 2 call the state sheriff 2 come and let us out. The gates both door like one. And roll big gate one had locked due 2 power outage. But the office people at this one. Made me fill more at ease. As well as Mrs. Michelle the manager noticed I was handicap. And changed my unit 4 me from the one I had reserved & paid 4 online. 2 a easier accessible 1 for me. Kept the property clean from trash and snow friendly. So I could get in and out safely. Moving is always stressful and hard. But when someone goes extra distance 2 help make easier not just because it a job. Makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE!! Thx girl

I would like to rate this place a 5star all because of Michelle she has been my saving grace through my process of having storage there . All my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner and Michelle even followed up with me to check in and have my answers when she couldn't answer them. If you get storage at this public storage ask for Michelle she definitely knows her job and it shows .
