Don’t plan or renting here unless you’re ready to get a surprise $40-$100 increase every 3 to 6 months. They don’t notify anyone about the increase when signing documents. And definitely don’t give no 30 day notice about the increase in rent. Not the type of person to complain but this is definitely upsetting and unfair. Forced to give them a start but definitely a ZERO star for me.

I’ve rented from public storage previously so I knew of them. I needed a storage space and Kathryn made the process as easy possible and had great customer service, there’s cameras for security, you have an app that has your info, unit info, allows you to open the gate, and etc. I look forward to having this unit for a long term rental storage space.

If there is any way you can find any other storage unit I highly recommend! This place used to be wonderful when it was owned by CubeSmart but the property manager they have on site now is just terrible. They have let the place go downhill immensely and I cannot stress enough how bad this place is now.
I was just here to pay them $300 for one month storage and the manager got a personal call, kicked everybody out of the office and locked the doors. Seriously, how unprofessional is this? I've never, in all of my years had an employee act so unprofessional. There were two other customers in front of me who had to leave because the manager had a personal phone call during business hours!
I did reach out to corporate and filed a complaint and they said that the district manager would reach out to me today so I'm hoping that this is true. Not only will I discuss what transpired today but I will enlighten them about how they're elevators decided to break down multiple times a couple months back and even trapped my 11-year-old son in there forcing us to call the fire department and have them force open the doors! I literally have a video and all kinds of pictures from that event and have no problems posting them.
They're used to be music throughout the entire building when it was owned by CubeSmart. It was very nice and peaceful to spend my time here going through my storage unit. The audio system is still hooked up but they no longer play music. The elevators used to have nice padding blankets all over them so are things did not scratch. Those are not there any longer. They're used to be dozens of carts at both entrances. Now you are lucky if you can find one to move your stuff in with.
I cannot stress enough How disgusted I am with this place and the fact that I have spent about $10,,000 in rent here over the past 3 years. What happened today made me realize that I need to get my things out of there and just get rid of them or find another alternative because this place is not going to stay in business much longer if they stay heading in the direction they are plunging in now.
If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Updated: when I did my last post they adjusted my cost for 3 months before it increased, since they hadn’t notified me. It has been increased for two months and they are now increasing again it to over $100 for a 5x5 unit. That is highway robbery. Not sure how their practices are fair, Up’ing it every few months. So less than 1 year of renting my price has almost doubled.
Disappointed because they don’t keep consistent costs for renting units. I rented a unit this summer and without warning they up’s my price. That is ridiculous that you can’t keep consistent pricing for unit that are 5x5.

Set an appointment for a storage unit after a cross country move. They called almost a dozen times to remind us of the appointment and then they no call, no show’d and left us scrambling since the moving truck needs returned. Not only this, but after clearly discussing the need for an external unit for a vehicle, they changed the reservation with no notice to an indoor, second floor unit
Do not work with this location. Do not waste your time or money. Truly an embarrassing level of unprofessionalism

DONT STORE WITH PUBLIC STORAGE i went to the Quivas location with my 9 yearold son to check out a unit there was a woman named Jordan working We are interrupted by her phone ringing She was arguing with somebody and then starting using really foul Language She started raising her voice a lot more it. And then she hung up She apologized we went outside to see the unit i told my son to go get in the car when he did i told Her that it was extremely Inappropriate for her to talk like that infront of a child she told me that she didnt give a f××k and that i could go rent some other storage facility i will never got to public storage again for my storage needs

Actually probably one of the worst storage units in this area. Never in the office. Never answer phones. When we left the storage unit they locked us in.

I’m running the theme of you for this location because it’s location is the one that I go to win the one on Irma has no one available. They are very understaffed at both of these locations. They need to post to sign when people are going to be in the office and then they’re gonna be out of the office as to not waste peoples time until they can hire more staff.

I just came to the facility at 4 pm and found both access gates wide open, all doors sitting open and a smaller door with the deadbolt missing. The office is locked and dark inside so I called, but the manager didn't answer, so I left a message. This is very unsafe and has happened before. Management just blows it off like it's nothing. I have been renting from this facility for about two years. The online intro price goes up and up because your contract allows for a price hike. I am satisfied that I've seen no rodents or ants which is good, but they have flying tiny bugs and lots of spiders. I've even seen some black widows in webs inside the entry doors. The clerks are all helpful and friendly. They have a bathroom onsite that used to be open all the time but mostly locked now when a clerk isn't on the premises. They don't clean the hallways too often bcuz I killed a large cricket and he sat in the middle of the floor for 4-5 days, till I removed it. So, this is partly why I got upset one day. Some young gal started sweeping like crazy in the hallway throwing dirt with the broom, and not far from where I had a bunch of my belongings in the hallway, putting them away. She made the hallway a big white dust cloud. I asked her if she had to do that now. She said, well we have to sweep. I'm thinking yeah, it wasn't a big deal with a dead cricket on the floor for days. I told her I was gonna go respiratory on her, that I had COVID twice and my lungs were not back to normal. I told her she should be wearing a mask to sweep like that. Seriously, she was making more dust than she needed to, sweeping really hard and whisking the dirt up. She stopped sweeping, left the dirt, but it didn't matter, my stuff got covered with dust and I had to breathe the dust because I didn't have a mask and had to finish putting my stuff away. I couldn't just leave, and leave by belongings where they were. I'm not happy because I had taken a nice jacket and dress out of a tub to take with me and they got dust on them, as did all my other things in the hall. Please be considerate of customers and their belongings when you're going to sweep nearby. Please fix your doors ASAP. I've seen policemen on the premise, called about break ins and I met one customer who had a break-in and the facility took a long time to fix the door and she couldn't lock her unit.

There was a misunderstanding on the 64 people at the customer service center help for sending messages another Poperty Manager called me back and took care of it and then on Friday the seventh I went and finished updating and taking care of everything everything is very helpful even though I lost it I was a bit emotional and distract everybody
My locker was broken into from the inside of my locker they crawled from over the top into mine. Then my lock was messed with where I struggled to shut my door. I moved out on the 2nd of the month and was still charged the entire month. This is a joke keep looking for a place to store you things

THEY NEVER ARE IN THE OFFICE DURING OFFICE HOURS, SO WHEN ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK YOU WANT TO PAY YOUR BILL, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ON THE GROUNDS, OFFICE WILL BE LOCKED UP TIGHT, WITH NO FURTHER NOTICE, I CALL & NO ANSWER, I LEAVE A MESSAGE , NOBODY CALLS ME BACK, THERE ARE CAMARA'S THAT DONT BELONG TO THEM, THAT IS OUTSIDE MY UNIT, WHO KNOWS WHATS REALLY GOING ON, FOR YOU CANT CONTACT NOBODY, & NOBODY WILL CALL YOU BACK , NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. YESTERDAY I STUCK AROUND, UNTILL THEY FINALLY DECIDED TO SHOW THEMSELVES, (only to go on a break, be rude & yell at me, saying "I'm not taking your payment untill I Smoke a Phucking cigarette. Not happy about this, I wait, since when I showed up a week prior to pay, & nobody, not even a car was there, so they obviously left early as they constantly are doing, and resulting in forcing me to pay yet another late fee!!, anyways This woman just sat in her passenger side of car side ways,, talking to another lady not sure if thr other lady,, she was an employee or the employee's friend or family member, anyways, & continued to just sit there as if to spite me, mean while I have my kid to pick up at daycare, mind you im already 20 minutes late to pick my child up from daycare, & this lady is just not fit to be dealing with the public period , in my opinion , she even went as far as telling me to Phuck Off! Irritated because they are short handed, & being bounced around to different locations, she admitted that yeah, we aren't in the office half the time via being short handed, in which is when after saying all that, then telling me to Phuck off. So needless to say I was refused my payment of cash, & I had to leave to pick my child up as the day care threatened to call the police if I wasn't there to get my child within the next 15 minutes , I had no choice but to leave ONCE AGAIN, W/Out being able to Pay My Storage Unit Rent for this month!! So Who do You contact next at this point? I Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage, to not go with Public Storage for this is an on going problem for anyone that pays in person . They shouldn't be buying everyone out if they can't maintain the services that i am paying for , and keep charging me late fees for there unprofessional services . THIS IS BEEN AN ON GOING ISSUE EVER SINCE IT BECAME PUBLIC STORAGE. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A CORPORATE MANAGER. BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS OUT OF CONTROLL! Just awful experience. They had three floods in one year. This was outdoor storage so it wasn't climate controlled. Then they overcharged me then they added late fees then I had a problem with the bill so then they had a lien fee they're just awful. No one's in the office when they say they are. I couldn't move my things I hire a mover in the office was closed. It is very hard next to impossible to get a hold of anyone ann District manager. Only customer service 1.800# sometimes, and all they can do is email. Very lame they're snakes charge you over charge add fees.
Not happy that they weren’t clear on move out details I was charged another month after I did the move out on the app he kicked me out the app so I thought everything was OK. Get an email saying that I’m past due I called today spoke with one of your representatives that was very rude was no help whatsoever and I am coming out of state ‼️ save your money and go somewhere elsewhere‼️‼️‼️‼️

My experience here at this location was great! Although getting my key stuck in my lock was a handful, I was able to get it unlocked.
Leianne in particular was super helpful because I had a situation where I was moving out the last of the month, but with the key broken and stuck after 9pm, so I had to leave.
I came back early morning to get it cleaned and fix and Leianne was super helpful in getting the charges dropped for my situation! She was great!
Michelle was so nice and helpful even though she was busy! I came in around 5:15 and was out by 6:06 with dropping things off in my storage unit! Michelle was working hard!
Very clean facility, easy account set up and move out process. I stored my belongings on 3rd floor for a year and a half without any issues. Customer service was exceptional, Alejandra was always courteous and helped answer questions anytime we spoke.
The manager helped me remove my lock free of charge when I forgot my combination. I highly recommend this location!
Would recommend against storing belongings here. Had my unit broken into and when I was talking to somebody in the office was told that it's not their job to keep my belongings safe. Didn't even get rent waved for so much as a month.

Rented a unit here for almost a year. It’s constantly dirty inside and outside and smells like cigarettes. The front gate gets stuck so you can’t get in. When I wanted to move out in November the doors were broken but they said they would fix them and it wouldn’t be a problem. Went back in early December and both the entrance doors and both elevators were broken. One of the front doors was off the hinges basically but you couldn’t get inside. They put signs up saying you could use the fire escape stairs to move items (I moved all this heavy cumbersome furniture by myself and needed the elevator to the second floor! Plus it’s all expensive and I don’t want to damage my things.) They harassed me to to try and get payment for December and January. I finally got ahold of the district manager at the end of January and he said he was aware of all the issues but I still owed because I “Used their service to store my items” aka I was forced to because they can’t maintain their facility. But he said he would wave the late fees and I only had to pay $300 or so, (so generous) and then I could schedule a time to pick up my items and they wouldn’t sell them the next day. I didn’t pay of course because it’s completely wrong and they sold my stuff and my bill is now $641.10 DO NOT USE THIS PUBLIC STORAGE! I know many other people had these same issues because I talked to them while at the building so please share your experience if you see this.

This place was only supposed to give me a certain amount of time to clean out my storage unit and because I fell on ice (@my home) and broke my wrist they told me to take my time cleaning out my unit. How amazing they are. I hope everyone sees this and picks this place to store there things. This is what humanity is supposed to be like. Thank you guys so much
This storage unit is very very bad place, people do not rent unit here. Elevator always break and elevator is broke for 2 weeks. How I'm going to get my stuff from 3 floor. Also there is no stairway go to 2nd and 3rd floor. This storage is very pricey. I rent 5x10 unit cost me $133.00.
They need to have stairways go to upper levels. There is no sign inside building. Bad bad bad place.

You need a safe place to store at a reasonable price than this is the place. Property manager Keaton W., was amazing! He worked hard to look for the best deals and got everything worked out in a steady pace. I truly appreciate him!

When I tried to confirm my reservation online, after receiving the conf # via email, the atomated customer service said I didn't have an account. I called the cust serv # in the email which sent me to the same automated unhelpful message.
I couldn't reach a person at the 104th Ave location so drove there. The door was locked (it was 9:45 a.m., store hours posted on the door said they open at 9:30) so I called the number on the door. Got a real person who put through to Customer service where I was on hold for 5 minutes. I tried the call again and asked the person why she couldn't contact the store manager for this location. She said PS doesn't have the store manager 's cell number. So how do you contact them? No answer. Then she informed me that 104th PS location was closed for Monday. I asked how that could be when there wasn't a Closed sign on the door. Again, she couldn't explain this.
I wasted 30 minutes at the site trying to access my storage unit with a U-Haul truck full of stuff. So, we took our business to Life Storage and the customer service and price are great.

The gate jam shut and I couldn’t get thru with my code and the woman with the glasses wanted to make it out like I was doing something I wasn’t suppose to I can’t physically get to the storage unit that you raised 20 dollars the first of the year what am I suppose to do fix yer services and I wouldn’t need to ask to come thru the building to get to MY STUFF!!!!
Set up online was simple, effective and copies sent directly to the registered email. App is a nice touch and quite appropriate for the modern facility that is climate controlled. There are carts to assist with moving items to your storage location and office personnel is responsive, friendly and helpful.
