Dawn Marie is a very nice women my first time getting a storage and she made it go so smooth thanks Dawn ❤️❤️❤️
I'll never use Public Storage ever again. I've been a solid, always on time paying customer of this location at 4550 S. Federal Blvd for about 5yrs straight. I've always helped clean up the grounds with peoples leftover trash, mattresses, broken furniture and more using my own dump to throw it all away at. I've helped management several times with cleaning up the drug users living in units, reporting everything I see to management so they always had a heads up. I've helped the district management several times clean out storages filled with junk and the list goes on for the amount of stuff I've done for this particular storage facility... After about 5yrs i decide to vacate during the night of Nov 1st where I thought I'd have time, however getting closer to the location realizing I only had 30min time to get everything out I decide to do it next day given I didn't wanna set off any alarms. I decide to come back on the 2nd of November thinking they'd be nice enough to let me clear the few things out of my unit without it hitting my autopay for another full month. I begged and pleaded with Tiffany the DM and had told her everything I've done for the storage facility in all the years hoping she'd be able to save me paying a full month for nothing. She tells me she'll try and that Dawn the manager would reach out to me either way within the week. I find out from Dawn days later that I was approved for a refund and that she would reach out again to give me a heads up of how the refund will be processed since it already took from my bank account. I wait nearly 5 days with no word so I call Tiffany the district manager back to find out it now was not approved and that I will not be receiving any sort of refund for the full month i didn't use. This is just crazy! I'm a full time dad to an autistic 9yr old and every dollar means a lot to me in which I explained to them my situation. I realized that no matter what you do or how hard you break your back for a place to show your value as a customer it'll never come back! Any of the prior management would've helped me in a heartbeat but this team here has no care in the world it seems. Won't refer, won't recommend, and won't be a customer for this company ever again. Take care!

Dawn Marie is #1 in my book. She is always there when I have problems with payment with getting in.She always has solved all my problems. I have never dealt with anybody. I almost feel like she's family and i've never known her until.I started using the storage over a year ago. She is an asset to the the company and I don't know what they would do without her. Every time I go there, she's working doing something. If she ever left, I would definitely move my stuff.

Showed up for a auction that i had purchased and Dawn was very welcoming as soon as i hit the door. I noticed that this location is VERY clean and maintained! Dawn answered all of our questions and was soo nice. I will definitely be back again! If you are looking to rent from a clean storage this is the place to go!
I showed up on time for my rental to start. The office hours were listed as 9-5 on a Saturday. Nobody was in the office, the doors were locked, nobody answered the phones. I went to my unit and it was incredibly dirty inside with trash along the walls. Also, I paid for a lock because that is required by Public Storage, and they are supposed to leave it in my unit. That did not happen. So I had to leave, go buy a lock, then fight with them to refund me for the lock that was never provided. Just find somewhere else.
We rented a storage unit, and to our dismay we noted that the typical procedure of leaving a lock was not followed and despite having listed office hours both online and in voice mail, there was NO staff available to help us out, when calling support we were told to "look for an unlocked unit" to take the lock from, of which there were none. All in all, I'd suggest spending more money to get a consistent experience elsewhere.

A guy camping in an unrented storage unit today!
Facilities are what you'd expect, clean and secure. They raise prices at every opportunity however, and took an extra month of rent from me after I canceled. Claimed a refund would be sent via check even though I received a move out email claiming the refund would be send directly to the payment source. 4 months and numerous phone calls later I still have no information, nor a refund. Honestly seems more like a public storage issue than a specific location issue.
I will say the lady who works there is as nice and can be and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the property, she deserves a raise or a better organization to work for.
I was charged over $50 for 5 days when I was quoted a $30 move in special for 1 month. The day I left the unit, I waited over an hour after they should've opened, but nobody was there to help. Something that should've been a dollar per day cost this US veteran (no veteran discount) $5. I really feel like they should correct this, but I'm sure I got screwed over as usual.

I explained to her that I have been a customer since 2003, 21 years! Dawn Marie suggested that I request a decrease in my monthly payment since I've been a loyal customer. She is at on the property at least 97% of the time, very helpful, always making sure the property and buildings are clean and taken care of, and most importantly to a renter is the fact that she takes great pride in making sure your valuables and belongings are SAFE! I just got a unit on March 23rd, I paid for the month but the app said I was being charged again on April 1st. I was running late, stressed and confused. Dawn Marie really took the time to explain it to me and made sure that my payment wouldn't be taken out until the 22nd of next month, like I had been initially told. Her customer service level was top notch and she was extremely pleasant and friendly. I was a lot less stressed after she helped me out. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

IF I COULD STAND IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING AND TELL PEOPLE TO NOT BRING THEIR BUSINESS HERE I WOULD. This company is a bunch of crooks. They bait you with low rates and then drive up the price once you are in. They are so lean staffed, the poor woman can't keep up with the demand or I should say complaints. I was in there yesterday and it was a line of customers complaining. She handled it like a saint. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was there 1 year and I feel like I was in bed with loan sharks.
Love this location! The office manager here, Donna, is such a sweet heart! She is always on top of her work and has a quick response to all customer calls. She is always so bubbly and ready to go for the day!

The property manager, Dawn, really makes sure that everybody is taken care of with whatever they need, the place is kept clean and the atmosphere when entering and leaving is always very positive. We are finally clearing out our storage space after 3 years. This location is clean, feels safe during the day and managed well. Recently we had the pleasure of talking with Devon the property manager and he was so kind and hard working. We really appreciate him and his hard work. Would recommend this Public Storage.
Went in the other day to get pricing on a 10x20 drive up unit. Devon was able to answer all my question. You can tell he is looking out for his customers and their needs. I didn’t end up renting at this time because I don’t need the space for another couple of months and I want to take advantage of the promo if they have any when I am ready to rent. The property is clean and well maintained.
For the most part everything went real good. The staff is very nice and professional. Devin was very helpful and made everything right.

Well, after moving to Yuma, AZ in Jan 2022 & losing my Unit to auction during that time, I came back & just rented a new unit today! This was definitely due to Devin & Dawn's help. They were extremely helpful in keeping me abreast of the situation while I was out of state & even helped me get a check sent to me for almost $400! The overage on the sale of my unit. You must have a helluva training program bcus you have some wonderful people working for your company! It's very hard to know you're going to lose all of your belongings & your employees showed true empathy. Thank you.

I've been renting 2 units from this location for the past 5 years. Every time I come in to this location I'm greeted by a friendly face Everything I need is taking care of by Devon and Dawn Marie. We were vacating our units yesterday and When I got there Dawn Marie was cleaning out the units I couldn't believe how hard she was working. She had already Cleaned about 6 or 8 units that day maybe more...... She was carrying a bucket and a mop around While making sure that every unit she cleaned was spotless I almost felt guilty for leaving a little bit of trash on the floor in my unit. ButI knew she would take care of it. Devon the manager is just The nicest person I've ever known. He is so helpful friendly and courteous and always has been. I give this A 5 star rating because of how wonderful I've been treated in the past from these guys.
I chose this location based on the other reviews posted. This location did not disappoint and went way beyond my expectations. Reserving and signing a contract online was seamless. Within a week of signing a contract, I was fortunate to find a place to live. Devon was extremely helpful in prorating what I owed and even reached out personally. This is the very reason why this location is five star! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I found Devon to be extremely professional and friendly. We even chatted awhile after completing my vacating notice and closure of my contract. If you are looking for consistent customer service, this is the location where you want your belongings to be! These are valid five star ratings from other customers and I had to join all the other reviews in agreement!!

I first opened my account a few months ago after Devin took over the store , I was so impressed at the knowledge that he had and he was able to help me out with all of my questions. And he got me the exact unit that I was looking for one that I could afford. He went over all of the pricing options and he got me the best price which included a discount for my first month.

Feb 2022: Theft. Someone who either works there steals or a tenant is picking their flimsy locks. Weak security, few cameras.
How do I know? I had four totes in there. That's it. Then three. Then two. After the first theft I wondered how crazy I was going to have misplaced my tote filled my old laptops and computer parts. Then I knew it was theft 'cuz another disappeared and had my watchbox, power tools, and some camping gear.
Front desk didn't care, and couldn't have done anything if they'd wanted to.
Avoid at all costs. Not a secure facility to store things.

Storage is nice and all the walls are clean. There is no heating though so be careful when storing liquids in the winter.

Nate and Lagia are AMAZING! I had not been to my storage shed for several years and the locks had been upgraded. The previous property manager did not leave any notes or new keys for my unit. Nate worked diligently with Lagia to get the locks changed and provide me with the new keys. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.
Nate has made a complete turnaround to this location. He is always securing the property, keeping a very close eye on everything that goes on in and around the property, he consistently stays on top of all the maintenance and making sure everything looks very presentable when pulling in. I notice he always goes the extra mile to help all of his customers out especially the elderly and disabled customers, thoroughly answering any questions they may have and doing whatever he can to help make their experience as easy as possible. He has made a huge impact to this location and has made a complete turnaround. Very professional and extremely great in customer service. He will tell you how much he enjoys working for Public Storage which tells me the company takes great care of their employees thus meaning myself and many other customers love to support companies like this! Good job all around if I could rate higher I definitely would!
