Sometimes there's just nobody there at the location even though it's within office hours, I mean for the whole day (I was told this). Sometimes the lights don't work. Sometimes for two days the only door to one wing of units can't be opened because it's broken, so people sit around for hours unable to access their stuff. As a loyal customer you get rewarded with rapidly increasing rent- that's their thing, they get you in cheap and then steadily squeeze you until you're priced out. Stay away from public storage, especially this one... Terrible.
I put my stuff in there storage,and it was broken into,my stuff was stolen, in side a secured building thousand of dollars of my stuff gone,in front of cameras, cops didn't even show up to investigate, pretty much got laughed at.i would not recommend this plase,unless you want to give your valuable stuff away.
I buy auctioned units on storage treasures and sell the contents. I have been doing this for a couple of years . Most of the time the people are pleasant. The gentleman at this location, Kenny , was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. They were supposed to be closed due to short staff, but his willingness to help me and multiple people who kept showing up was amazing. I would have went crazy, but he helped non stop with a smile. Thank you kenny.

I moved in and was told I’d pay a flat rate for the first 30 days. I was then charged a extra charge 3 days later because there was 31 days in the month of October. The store manager ignored the email stating a flat rate for the first 30 days and pushed the CC charge through. Then I asked the store manager for a 2 day credit for February because there was only 28 days. He hung up on me during the call
On day 90 of the contract they increased my rent from $350 to $462. Stay away!!!
My online gate code was incorrect. Dolly is great. She helped me with a new code and access. She is really nice and makes Public Storage look like Champs. I moved out after almost a year and Dolly is still helpful during my move out. She even called to check up on me. Real STAR.
Really poor experience no signage at the manager isn't in at all in the office waited for hours to try to claim a unit that I won at auction just to find out that I can't even get it until the next day which was not detailed at all and is actually a breach of the contract that I signed and that they signed for this auction unit so needless this to say this is a very poorly run facility and I've been to a lot of storage facilities definitely wouldn't recommend renting here.

Came into Public Storage on federal with a lot of questions and confusion on my reservation. Dawn was SO HELPFUL. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my money back and that everything was taken care of. I will definitely use this location next time I need storage.

The property manager, Dolly was very helpful with getting my unit taken care of. She waived the late charge for me and I was able to pay my unit finally. Sounds like she is over worked as there is not enough staff to help customers as needed. I have been to three locations this week where no one was in the office. Get your business together public storage. However Dolly is a great employee and I appreciate all her help.

This Public Storage is by far one of the best services storage companies I’ve been to. Although I didn’t keep my storage here too long, it was always kept secure and the staff was great. Had a really bad experienced with David Sazpansky a rude man who threat my mom to get charge again for not bringing in the key(it was a lie)was very racist and did not help at all,he told her to come back later to the lady that talks spanish not even trying to make them understand him or answer their questions.

I rented one of the units for over a year at this place, we started on the wrong foot but then everything started changing. The place looks a lot cleaner, they have a brand new office and the people who now works there are way more efficient and friendly. Specially Dolly, I had to move so this storage was not close to me anymore and she made the process very easy.
I highly recommend it.
I had a unit for a little over a year and half. I got one of the drive up units so it was real easy to access whenever we needed to, never had any issue except maybe another rude customer so like to block the way. was temperature controlled and none of my things warped or discolored due to hot or cold weather.
I thought the staff was very nice, I never met any in person except when I signed the contract but they always contacted me if there was any issues and when moving out of there they were still very nice and I love being able to access the gate with my phone using the app.
I did put just 4 stars because the rates did raise twice. I started at $160 and ended up at $260 which of course didn't make me happy and a seemed a little too much for me. Another issue was those dumb round locks they sell. They seemed great but for the price they are so hard to unlock and lock. I struggled almost every time, I am not very strong so that just made it harder.
I would use again if every in need. I didn't realize these are privately owned or franchised until I rented one. This was my first experience ever using storage as I was helping a friend.
Dolly gets 10 stars all to herself she was so amazing. Very friendly and helpful she has great customer service. She should have a raise. Been a customer for over a year now and I must admit it's quite refreshing that I only have to deal with Dolly so glad she is the manager of the property. Before when I had an issue I always dreaded bringing it up. It's never an issue to talk to Dolly.
