The staff at this location are the biggest asset this company has. Both Oscar and Rose are professional, respectful, polite, accommodating, and simply nice people. It was nice to have interacted with both these wonderful human beings. I would swoop them up in a second if I could hire them. The grounds are kept clean and secure. Our possessions remained intact while we rented here.

Ridiculous! Renting a storage unit is supposed to be difficult, tedious, confusing, and stressful, right? Rose made the entire process easy, interesting, informative, and a downright good time! Such a warm, welcoming, and sincere smile right from the start. I literally have no negative feedback to give about my entire experience. Call ahead and make sure that she is working that day and you won’t be disappointed. I only interacted with Rose, but if the other manager(s) are half as good, they would still get a five star review!
