I was helped by Karina and from the start she was a big help! She answered all my questions and was able to help me rent a unit. Definitely such a great experience renting out my first unit. They treat their old customer like crap. Once your original lease is over they want to charge you above market price. So you have no choice but to move from one unit to the next.
I went to this public storage to take a look at the property to make sure I want to rent a unit their. Customer service from Karina was excellent she took the time to represent the property and all the security features. I will definitely go back this week to rent my unit. Her customer service convinced me and made me feel safe to rent. She deserves the 5 stars!

Wow, I am speechless. This location is the one to choose when it comes to placing your livelihood in a rental unit. It is the total package. I can't say enough about the personal touch and caring attitude that I received when I called in concerned about my up coming storage bills and got Karina. What a blessing. In a heart bit ,she was able to search the system and provide me the relief that I needed. Her care and interest in helping me were very apparent and genuine. I am so grateful. My first encounter with her was 2 weeks a go when I was interested in renting another unit. Karina was the one who reached out to me to arrange my move-in and despite informing her of canceling my intent her attitude was awesome. I remember thinking how refreshing and lovely she was. Not the corporate , dry and remote vibe.
I have always appreciated this particular facility as it is always clean, organized, well maintained and definitely secure but to top it over with some one like Karina in the office it is truly a gift.

I started renting a unit in January 2023 for $109. I was just notified that I would be paying $185 starting in march 2024. That's an insane increase for 13 months. I would not recommend unless you are willing to move your stuff sooner rather than later.

Public Storage does not have anything to seal, the open to the elements, storage locker doors so when the wind blows, all the dirt and sand, as well as, jet fuel from the landing airplanes, fly right under the doors and directly into the lockers... everything stored inside the lockers becomes not only disgustingly dirty but in most cases, ruined as that oily black jet fuel is soot that doesn't easily wash off... The units are directly under the landing flight path, just prior to touchdown, of all jets flying into Hollywood-Burbank Airport as well as the helicopters landing pad is a direct shot and located nearby... I asked countless times to have the doors, of my 15x30' storage unit, I rented for over 20-yrs, sealed and was finally told, Public Storage doesn't do that. I do not recommend Public Storage as they just don't care about their customers, nor the items stored in their facilities, Public Storage seems only to care about getting their exuberant rent on time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE!

They raise your rent substantially very often. The price they advertise is also inaccurate, as soon as you are ready to check out there are several fees you have to pay to complete the order.

Public Storage is horrible. Can't change your locks unless you notify the management. They repainted and re asphalted and never gave notice to the tenants when they locked us out. The CEO is like MAO of China. After the painting and asphalting, rent went from 298.00 to 397.00 monthly 22% increase. They force you to buy insurance and their locks, go to the green storage places instead
