I really recommend renting a storage unit here! I was a bit sketchy being that its in oakland and the homeless situation. But it's really clean and spacious. Cameras on site and in view. I was interested in renting a unit and spoke with the property manager Evelyn she was very helpful . She answered all my questions and when I'm ready to rent I will definitely come back here I would give her 10 Stars if I could. Evelyn keeps the property clean and inviting. As of November 5, 2023, there is a serious rat infestation at this facility. The manager at this facility is a very nice person, but I contacted the company's customer service, and they couldn't care less about the rat infestation. Do not rent here at all until the company addresses these awful conditions and does something about the problem or all your belongings will be ruined by rats. I only have tools and building materials in my unit, nothing to eat, but still the rats enjoyed themselves in my unit - urinating and dedicating over everything.

First off the prices are ridiculous I've been there probably 3 years now and from the minute I moved in the rent just kept going up and up and up to outrageous amounts and I'm not talking like a 5 or 10 or even a 15.00 increase I'm talking like $30 increases okay and another thing is the hours are lame okay the office is only open until 6:00 and many of the times including just this month I go to pay my rent and the person who is supposed to be in the office is never there it's really frustrating you know and I just recently switched the units to get a better deal because my the price I was paying originally was outrageous and I couldn't afford it so I switched less than 6 months ago and they raised my rent again next month is going up another 25.00 it's ridiculous and I can't wait to get away from the storage place there are the worst I've ever dealt with
Stay far away from this location. All our items got ruined from mice feces and urine. We had no food in storage. We found a treatment leftover in our unit. They must have skid it under the door. They knew there was a problem and never notified us.
They were nothing but rude when we tried to get help.
This place is super clean and easy rental process. Unit ready same day! Evelyn was super helpful with my random questions on the unit. This place is well taken care of!

They didn't contact us when we were a day late and almost sold all our stuff!! They don't comunicate and need to make up $$so the can auction off your belongings. I also tried to get my deposit back for a lock they insisted we needed even though we had our own lock. When I returned their unneeded lock they refused to give me my deposit back ( Evelyn). This lock you can't use at all cause it's custom made for their unit!! Very bad company. !! Even the one in Hayward off huntwood Rd. Off harder at. Is bad and RAT INFESTED!!
