This was my first experience ever renting a storage there are ridiculous miscommunication with what ever 3 party books I was told if I opened a storage on the 14th of the month my next payment wouldn't be until the 14th of the following month now I am being charged a late fee on top of a whole another month I am extremely unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism and false advertising your employees stood know the guidelines you guys obviously need more employee training o stars

Lila is a great addition to Public Storage at this location. Every time she goes above and beyond to assist and you can tell she cares about her customers and the location she manages.
Increase in rates is so unbelievable. My sister rented a 10x10 and I have been paying since she is out of the country. How can public storage justify constant increases.

I reserved a storage unit online for a future date and she called me within 1 hour to schedule a time for us to meet at the office in person. When I got there, she explained the lease agreement and walked me through the paperwork effortlessly. Def recommend this location!

Tristan provided 5-star service for initiating the rental of a new space, and purchasing some needed materials for moving and storage. He made it a quick, simple and straightforward operation.
One difficulty that my partner and I encountered while renting here was that some maintenance on an upper floor, scheduled for Dec. 20, ended up taking much longer than expected to dry, resulting in the upper floor of building B being inaccessible from the time we attempted to access it on the evening of Dec 20 through Dec. 21. Alas, we were not given advanced warning of the plan for this maintenance or expectation of closure of some building areas, so we were unable to access our luggage or store items as intended prior to leaving town for the winter holidays, resulting in the need to purchase more luggage and find alternate temporary storage options. Advanced warning would certainly be appreciated in the future!
