Shaneca was very pleasant and helpful. She was very patient and answered all my questions and accommodate all my needs for last minute storage. I was happy with her service and value to she provided. The space to drive to the storage in the ally was ver tight, so if you have a truck to unload, it would be very difficult to maneuver large vehicles.

Was so happy that the company has made things right and is holding onto their words. I am happy that i will be getting a refund and the office when i went into the building this time the gentleman was super nice and i much more welcoming atmosphere so i changed it from 1 to 5 stars.
While i appreciate the last minute rental that was given to me these people are a bunch of hypocrites. I need the storage unit for a month and was told by the customer service center that i would not be charged until a much later date but was charged today. When trying to talk to the service center 1 the rep was very rude and 2 they now went back in their word and said in a nutshell that i am screwed out of my money even though i told them that their rep said something different. So this company does not back their own words. Will never use this place again.

wish I would've picked a storage that had better hours and better customer service because I feel like even though I got a cheap price, I've had storages before with deals and better hours
The employees are kind of rude and always trying to check and see what I'm doing in my own storage so I will be moving soon to a better storage facility
And one more thing I still haven't received my refund from the first storage I rented here I never stepped a foot in it but was charged a admin fee of $29 I'm homeless and poor but they want to take my money even after I still rented a unit from them after they said they'd refund me all the money back also when my key broke in the lock they provided they wanted charge another $20 for a new lock

Merlinda helped me very efficiently, helped me with all my paperwork and got me over to my unit all within 5 minutes all while being incredibly friendly, I can't thank her enough for everything!
The most inconvenient storage ever! Definitely won’t be here long. Do not recommend unless u wake up late n go to bed early. Gate hours are ridiculous. And the lady is nice when u finally catch her in the office however, you have to catch her in the office or you’ll find yourself waiting around for the lord to come back.

The older lady was rude !! she has BAD customer service!! She needed alot of help from cathy and wasnt listening to here like she knows everything if she did she wouldn’t be working she would be wealthy. ms.know it all !! than had the nerves to have a attitude with cathy like she knew what she was doing !! she told me it was my fault i lost both my keys and to pay for a locksmith. after she told me it takes 3 weeks for them to pop your locks cathy said she wasn’t supposed to give a time a hr later my lock was popped after a month i paid the storage for this month and did the even need it but she made me pay. oh yea my stuff had roaches in it to so make sure you check your stuff before you move it into your place or youll have a rodent problem that youll have to deal with thats public stoarge.
CATHY WAS VERY THUROGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF RENTING MY UNIT. I AM VERY PLEASED THEY PROVIDE GREAT SECURITY FOR MY STORAGE. I FEEL CONFIDENT IN KNOWING MY STUFF IS SAFE. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cathy greeted me with a smile which to me made me relaxed knowing they care.

I have rented two storage units for almost five years. During that time, my rent has been increased several times. I am currently paying over $700, which is two-and-a-half times the rate advertised on their website. I have contacted their corporate office numerous times to object to what I consider highway robbery. I am disabled and unable to work, and these exorbitant fees have left me financially broken. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Completely RUINED ALL MY BELONGINGS- upon moving things in said nothing about the COCKROACH INFESTATION! Now ALL OF MY THINGS HAVE ROACHES , COMPLETELY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE . It’s dirty all over ! When walking to my unit can see the bugs coming in and out of all units which I did not see upon moving things in.. nor was it ever mentioned. I do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - QUITE DISGUSTING! Not to mention it’s not like I had much of a choice moving my things into storage they completely took advantage and it’s gross as all hell to have a business that keeps their place like this ! Thanks a lot public storage !
Great customer services
Good customer service always. Can't get into the property until 9:30 am - don't know why it's so late??? Sensors on the front gate have issues unless you're standing right on the keypad with your app enabled device. The bathroom is always out of order. The climate controlled area smells like cat urine when you walk in and it's almost always hot inside.
EDIT: Found that there is no climate control at this location. It's 80+° F where the inside storage units are. Not going to work for me and my precious stuff.

This place is a complete rip off they will make your rent go up every month to where you cannot afford to pay your storage anymore it is just wrong that they have the right to raise your rent every month to its $400 I had to move out of there and go next door two extra space storage and then they want to charge me $245 after lying and say that I left a day after the date

I got into my storage today the employer named kathy, was very very helpful with me, very patient, very professional, actually took her time out of her way to help me do things and chill what to do on my phone things that she did not even have to do :-) today's date is September 16th 2022 I've always rented from public storage but she was the best customer service I've had in a very long time not only just from public storage but everywhere. I have been renting from public storage since July and I have not seen any bug's or trash around the storage! It's always clean and nice to visit.the staffing is always nice to just talk to about anything that's going on with you! The public storage on Franklin Rd is just a nice safe and clean storage to keep your things.

The office employee (Melinda) was very helpful! I couldn’t close my storage doors, which was very annoying. She came over and helped me in no time at all! Thank you!
Both staff members that I interacted with were helpful and courteous. However , I was not aware and it was not brought to my attention that moving out of the unit early does not result in a prorated return. So even though I only occupied the unit for five days I still have to pay the full $400 for the month. Even though they will turn around and rent it and recoup that money from someone else as well. This policy will prevent me from storing with public storage again in the future.
Didn’t inform us that they close at 5pm on the weekends. Pulled up (@5:00) with a full UHaul and nowhere to put our stuff. Why even close at 5 and 6… people work.

Price was a bit more than expected to pay today, but that has nothing to do with her 5 star performance. So job well done to Merlinda.
