Read the fine print in contract. My rent went from $168 to $220 five months after moving in. Thats on corporate. The manager Billy though does a great job of running the place and keeping it clean and is always easy to find and more than willing to help.

We recently started storing our boat at the Roseville Public Storage. Billy at the front desk is very professional and helpful. The facilities are always clean and the price is very reasonable.

Billy is so knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I understood from the beginning all the information I needed to choose public storage I needed to choose Public Storage for my trailers new home. He takes pride in his job and keeps the property very clean. I do have trouble with the gate system working on my phone.

We looked all over town for a storage place and this is the best priced spot in town! Perfect location for us as well, easy to get into and in a nice area. Feels very secure. When we signed up, Billy helped us out and was incredibly helpful and kind! Would happily recommend this place to anyone in area.

I used to work at the site located at 1351 Baseline Rd. previously known as Sundance Storage before public storage bought it. I still have a unit here as it is just easier to leave it where it is rather than move it but I plan on moving it now. Seeing how I work in storage I understand rent increases will happen usually 1x a time a year but public storage has just done another increase that will be $60 plus per month. I also understand new tenants move in at a much lower rate The public storage are so greedy they are now increasing the rate to over $120 more than the standard rate for what size unit I have. Very sad that this company isn't just like a freaking machine they have no heart they do not care whatsoever they just are on a set schedule increase increase increase increase if they don't pay they'll move out oh well we have new customers ready to move in and they don't care if you have been a long time renter and a good tenant. What's even worse is I know what the site was like before they bought it, nothing has changed except its dirtier. It's not as well kept as Christina the manager with the old ownership kept it. Rent increases are supposed to help with the up keep, repairs and the improvement of the sites. Public Storage obviously just puts that money into the owners/investor's pockets. Now I will be moving my unit due to this and on top of that there are leaks in the roof that I have actually called the office multiple times about, left messages and no one got back to me shocker. This will go fall on deaf ears because we are nothing more than a $ to them.

Well the service was above and beyond Billy went out of his way to make sure to help me out to get me the best deal . A lot of other times with other workers at other public storages seemed to want to rush me up and outta there but Billy went up and outta his way to help me. Thanks Billy quality work

We experienced the best customer service from the site manager Billy when we went to Public Storage located near the intersection of E. Roseville Pkwy & Sierra College Blvd. In Roseville, CA to check for a place to store our trailer. Billy greeted us with thorough information of the facility and searched for possible spaces which fit our needs. He was enthusiastic, helpful, and an instant friend after few minutes of conversation. He was an unexpected ray of sunshine on the day of record heat wave. We did pick a space to rent right after viewing it. We felt that our trailer would be at a facility with the best care and security under Billy's management,. Our experience with renting a new trailer space at the Roseville, CA facility was very positive. The facility is nice & new, about 1 year old. We were most impressed by the high level of professionalism and customer service that Billy demonstrated!

Just checked out the new Public Storage in Roseville at E. Roseville Parkway and can I just say at first glance the facility is immaculate! We worked with Billy to secure a spot for our travel trailer. Billy showed us the grounds and they’re just as impressive as our first glance of the facilities. He explained the security measures they take and we feel beyond confident moving our trailer here. Also… to top it off we will be saving over $120 a month moving to this storage facility along with not having a 30 minute commute both way, now we’re only 10 minutes away. Thanks Billy for being so great!!
