I don't know what has changed, whether it's ownership or something else, but just in the last couple of years of renting here, our tiny storage space has changed from just over $100 to over $200! I will be leaving immediately for a different local storage company. This place is not worth the price they charge!! Within a span of a couple of months, our stuff is always covered in a thick layer of dust. Side note: All of the favorable reviews lately on here are about how nice Felicia is...I don't know who Felicia is (I'm sure she is a nice person)(possibly fake reviews) but that doesn't compensate for these ridiculous price increases with no change in services or accommodations!

Started renting when it was Sun Dance in 2013. they sold to Public Storage 3/2023, rent went up and has consistently went up for twelve months. It's now $100 MORE per month then September of 2023. A $128 10x15 storage unit will climb to $286 per month over time. So be prepared to move your stuff unless you can afford it. Update: 09/03/2024 Felica called to offer holding off the increase until March of 2025. She is very professional and polite. I am very appreciative of the offer however the cost increase would still return and my only optional for same/lower cost would be reducing to a smaller unit. Result they lost a customer and gained a Google review. Do find fault with Public Storage business practices. They think finding a tenant at a introductory rate of $128 with no prior business relationship is better than a loyal tenant with a proven 10 year track record of timely payments and creating no issues for management. Customer Acquisition Cost VS Retaining Existing Customer Cost: Acquiring a new customer can cost five to 25 times more than retaining an existing customer. ROI: A 5% increase in customer retention can increase profits by up to 75%.

I used to work at this site before public storage bought it. I still have a unit here as it is just easier to leave it where it is rather than move it but I plan on moving it now. I obviously work in storage and I understand rent increases are going to happen usually one time a year but public storage has made two rate increases of $60 plus per month. I also understand new tenants move in at a much lower rate, but they are so greedy they are now increasing the rate to over $120 more than the standard rate for the size unit I have. I know what the site was like before they bought it nothing has changed If anything it looks dirtier not as well kept as Christina The manager with the previous ownership kept it. Rent increases are supposed to help with the upkeep/repairs/improvement of the sites public storage obviously just puts that into the ownership/investor's pockets. I know this because there are leaks from the roof in my unit that I had called the office multiple times about and left messages and no one got back to me. But oh you can be sure the rate increase notices got to me. So I plan on leaving this facility asap as being a on time paying, good tenant doesn't mean a thing to Public Storage. I know this will go on deaf ears because we are nothing more than a $ to them.

Two 30% Increases within the last 6 months? Completely unreasonable! I was paying $322 march 2024 for a 10x40. Went up to $410 in april and now starting october they want to raise it by another $123 to $533 a month. Clearly they dont want my business. I would not recommend this place.

these “indoor” and “climate controlled” units are nothing more than false advertising, and when you go to address this with the staff to get the money you paid for this lie with, you’ll be on hold for over an hour just for them to disregard everything you say. no compliments to the on site staff either, considering we couldn’t find anyone within office hours to help us find out “indoor” unit we were searching for. pay the few extra dollars, i wouldn’t trust leaving my garbage here or trust these people to keep it secure.

Zain provided prompt, excellent service. After leaving several voicemails at other locations with no callbacks, I left one voicemail at this location and received a phone call from Zain shortly thereafter after. Zain was extremely helpful.

I have been renting a 10'x10' unit from this facility since before it was bought out by Public Storage, the only change they made was to raise my rent by $40 a month. I figured fine, whatever, its going to just be easier to accept that rather than take the time and expense of moving everything out to a different storage facility for a better price. Cut to a year later and I'm standing in the office filing a police report for stolen goods as someone had fraudulently rented the unit next to mine and had cut open the wall between them to steal from my unit. This person was living in the storage unit (mattress and dog kennel are still in their unit) along with empty boxes and trash but all of my stolen items are long gone. They stole everything that was high value (surround sound system, computer components, etc.) and trashed most everything else. Just a pile of all of my books and dvds, mixed with broken glass from some kitchen items and picture frames. The woman that called me yesterday the 4th of April to let me know about the break-in also told me that she was having to work to cover both locations on her own. She had even been asked to leave to a separate 3rd location in the same day. So even though they knew about the break-in and damages on the 3rd of April she was stretched so thin with other responsibilities that she hadn't had time to call me until almost 5pm on the 4th. They also still haven't even had time to go through any of the security footage yet because even with this break-in she is working the facility on her own. I cannot recommend highly enough that if anyone chooses a storage facility to just take note of how much they are actually paying attention. Because apparently nobody at Public Storage noticed someone living in a unit with a dog for an entire month until the lease ran out and the rent was called due to someone that had no idea they're name was even on a lease for a storage unit in the first place.

We have used this storage facility for years, but recently had an extremely positive experience with Olivia, the site manager. As a business that requires a high standard of security and storage, we find that Public Storage on Baseline offers us the quality and security that is rare in storage facilities. However, what really stood out for us was how personably and professionally Olivia handled our storage needs. Olivia assured us about new changes at the facility and assisted in transitioning into those new benefits offered by Public Storage. If you are looking for a well managed, clean, and secure storage facility with excellent management, I would highly recommend contacting Olivia for an estimate and start storing your items at this facility. You will find them professional and friendly. It is hard to beat that combination. Olivia is just amazing!

I came in kind of frustrated and spoke with Tory. She was incredibly knowledgeable in what she was telling me while keeping a great attitude during the entire process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and helped me with what to expect in the future if I run into similar issues. Even though my issue was basically my fault, she was still kind and patient.

Had to go into the office due to having an issue with my billing and Tori was very helpful and patient. She was able to resolve my issue quickly. I was thinking of moving my storage to a different facility but will stay here knowing the customer service has been so good.

Packed up my whole life, booked storages days before, and the remote access and regular gate code didn't work. Was out there crying for an hour because no one would answer to help and I had to spend 8+ hours up overnight with my belongings because I couldn't get into this storage. I hate this place and bought new storage.

When you sign up the staff will make you write a "great" review. I fell into this trap. $15K was stolen from my unit after 2 weeks of being a resident. DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE.

This place used to be called Sundance (or something like that) and we’d rented a space for my stepdaughter there. The switch to public storage was a little rocky and in the process, my auto payments stopped. I was very surprised to get a bill for 2 months with a “lien” fee attached. So, I went to the location in person to sort it out and Andrew was incredibly kind and helpful!! We got it all cleared up and had a really great conversation in the process! Thanks for all your help!
