I just wish the gate was more stable. It would lose bluetooth, keypads would fail, pass codes would be forgotten. That was the only thing I didn't enjoy.

do not rent from here , they raise the rent three times in less then a year. when signing agreements they tell you your monthly rate will be a certain amount but lie about it my monthly rate was 160 when i started, and since January my rate has went up 3 times now my rent has went up to 235 in less then half a year read the agreement before purchasing sophie the front desk was no help when speaking to her i never had a problem paying until i started to realize my rent kept going up they have no control they said it the system whatever the system charges the rent can go up in a month, and the storage size is not even a big storage very unhappy with the service and lack of communication.
Couldn’t be more pleased went in yesterday close to closing time. They still allowed me to run in real quick and drop off a few items at my storage. I’ve only been there twice and I got the hours mixed up from the weekend and the weekdays so they were helpful, kind polite, Eric and Maria Marina I think but they could’ve been more helpful. Definitely. Would recommend that place to family and friends for their storage needs five stars guys five stars
I have been here for maybe a little over 3 years now ! And I have nothing bad to say! Angie !! Has been the most helpful person, she always is super friendly and just so kind! She's the reason I've stayed here. Always welcoming with a smile and has such a great attitude ! I hope she sees this and knows she's doing a fantastic job :)))

Anthony is a wonderful property manager. He has really done a great job with his up-keep and maintenence of the property. it has GREATLY improved since he took over. he and his friendly staff are always willing to take the time to help me with anything that i may need. I am VERY satisfied with my experience here at ththatis facility. Anthony truly is the best. I recommend this facility based on his management. I am extremely happy with this facility. The management is really on top of things here! Anthony really looks after the property and is always curteous and keeps the riff-raff out! Eric has been instrumental in the operations of this facility. He is really a pro.

Below was my first post while my stuff was in there. My second one star or zero star post starts now: You spend $5000 to move your stuff into their unit, they do not provide security overnight so burglars break into your unit (plywood walls as mentioned by another customers is real!) and steal your important items, you have to spend thousands to move your stuff out of there, the insurance they make you buy want original receipts for any items stolen (which no one has), so you are out an easy $10,000 because these folks dont provide enough security and want extra profit by making storage unit walls out of plywood anyone can break through. Save yourself the headache and monetary loss and avoid this place. I see they have 4.9 stars. Fake reviews. Just look at all the posts where the folks have made only one review and that was for this PS!! What a joke. Which storage facility is rated that high honestly.
Why dont you guys email your customers telling them the gate hours have been changed?? You know uhaul charges by the mile now? So not only do you guys waste my time, you guys just cost me money. Tell your customers gate hours have been changed!

After the above review, I was called many times by this Public Storage office. They left messages saying they could lower my monthly rent if I wanted it. So if you want to get lower rent you have to write bad reviews first? Point made!

My car skidded on the jack when i was trying to put on a spare tire and the jack fell off with the bare rotor contacting the ground. My jack subsequently got stuck underneath the car. After going around flagging people for help in the rain i was drenched. It surprised me how little humanity there is in the world today, as no one wanted to help at all.
Angie and her boyfriend let me borrow their jack and went out of their way in assisting me to prop the car up again. Thank you!

Lost several of my items due to a burglary happened on July 2022. Fortunately, I had my keyboard back from Irwindale police station. The officer told me that because of the mis communication, they did not have one of my other items. So I thought I might just go back to the unit and talk to the manager(Angie) about the situation. When I told her everything that happened and I am still looking for my other items. She said: "Follow me, I was just about to clean up the office unit due to nobody pick it up? I think I might have your stuff." So when she took the item out, I was so happy that she still kept my item even through it has sit there for 4 months. Well, what can I say? Thank you Angie for the surprise. I found two of my most important items, but will never find the rest and that's a shame...

now bad management, unfortunately the corporation fails on quality storage units, lack of proper installations, cardboard walls, no security, units burglarized and they don’t notify owners, and are not covering the losses. This place was a field trip for robbers, that walk in and out at will, no cameras only in the entrance, they installed one on the back in January, now it’s gone. if you rent a unit I’ll recommend you to please keep in eye on it🥺 also the mandatory ins coverage limit is very low, so insure your property separately from theirs before you end with a loss. And you’ll need pics and records of anything and everything that you keep there then maybe you’ll be reimbursed by the mandatory ins that you have been paying. They are just playing dead. No response whatsoever 😡😡😡 my
