The facility manager is always on point- customer service and cleanliness of the facility. Other than that the public storage app is always faulty. Logs me out constantly.

My key broke off today. Tony was there to offer assistance to me right away. I have not had any issues since I have been here. So far I am satisfied. I will update it to a 4-star for my satisfaction.

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Sipi was incredibly friendly and helpful. she took the time to understand my requirements and recommended the perfect unit size for me.

My door wasn’t closing and Sipi came in and literally saved my day!!! She came and helped me bring my door down. She also brought me a shade umbrella because it was very hot which was above and beyond. I couldn’t have down that without her. This facility is the best!

Wonderful customer service
I had a bad experience with them.In JUNE,2024, they just automatically rase my monthly payment. I moved out at the end of June. I asked them for credit back, they can't process it. After that i was trying to call customer service they said i need to rent a new space with them then they will give me discount on it. That just doesn't make sense.

I have to remind the potential customer never use the Public storage! My stuff was immersed due to their fire water leaking. When I asked for checking and made reimbursement for my lost, they said it's not caused by water leaking, they lied without their mouth even they saw the truth. I don't trust anyone there anymore. Be careful of their commcial needs, They will push your Good review at the first met, Don't do that. I have to say everyone of the public storage is dishonest, shame on the name of PUBLIC STORAGE. Just avoid any PUBLIC STORAGE because when You have lost Even I asked for the headquarters customer services, they didn't respond until NOW.

I’m a vendor for public storage and had to come to this property to do some work. The employee that attended me I believe his name was David was supper helpful and easy to work with. I was in and out in 30 min. He really made the process working here extremely easy.
