Im writing this review in behalf my mom. Manager Yvette was soo kind friendly and provided us with one of the best customer service we have recieved in a while. My mom only speaks spanish and yvette was amazing at providing excellent spanish comunication skills. She made my mom feel comfortable and welcomed thank you for having bilingual staff and big shout out to her and also the property was very clean
Yvette was polite and gave me a tour of the storage facility. The storage units are well kept and the bathrooms are actually clean. The units inside are very spacious, they have good lighting and are able to see your items.
Units are clean, Yvette was helpful to answer all my questions. Kept me informed and comfortable renting my unit. She has been helping me addressing my needs as they have changed over time.
I have had a storage unit here for many years. I just deleted my review left 9 years ago, which by the way was an excellent review. I have always had great service, but I must say that throughout the years of good service, my experience today with the onsite manager Yvette, has by far been the best experience yet. She is a hard worker! Willing to going back and forth when needed to please and meet customer needs in office or at units. I was able to observe her multi-tasking skills while tending to phone and several customers. All the while maintaining a professional & pleasant demeanor while speaking to all. She made sure to help each customer with all they needed and went above and beyond to make sure everyone left happy and satisfied. Wonderful people & organizational skills and with a beautiful smile to go along. I really loved that she was genuine and not just wanting to get by and do just what was necessary. Makes you want to recommend her and the Jeffrey site without a second thought.

My Mom and I just finished a very chaotic move and because of underestimating the amount of stuff we were moving around, we found ourselves running out of space in our original storage space. Timing wasn't on our side but because of the amazing staff, specifically Yvette, she was able to calm my Mom's stress/anxiety and guide us to several solutions that got things taken care of for us quickly and without a hitch!
Even after her help, Yvette as been an extreme joy each time we visit our storage, answering questions and just making us feel welcome no matter if at the Public Storage office or if seeing her in passing while she's doing her rounds to ensure the safety and security of the units on the property.

I have been a customer for this location for several months now and I love this facility. Units are clean and well maintained, security is tight and feel very safe. The staff here is so helpful and I truly appreciate their efforts and assistances to customers like me. When I signed up for the rental, Howard was so patient and helpful to answer all my questions for me to be informed and comfortable for renting my unit. Now Yvette has been equally great, if not more, in helping me addressing additional needs and concerns from my rental. I am really happy with my choice with them so far. Facility is very clean. Most storage is single floor with the exception of the indoor units which go underground (kind of cool). Lee was very helpful. We ended up booking a 10x10. Best deal around.

I have been renting from this place for a long time
and have always dealt with the old manager, Brittany, when there was an issue. Brittany, who was wonderful, is no longer working there. The last time I had to go to my storage unit, I met with an employee named Tina...I hope that's her name. Anyway, when I walked in she was very nice, very accommodating and very professional. I appreciated everything she did to help me and my son.. it has been a while since I was there and interacted with Tina, but I was driving down the road and remembered her, and wa ted to do a review because I was so pleased and impressed with how she assisted us, even though it has been over a month since I was at my unit. Also 2 shouts out to the other manager, Howard. He got my rates down and was so very kind and professional also. Also this place is always so clean.Thank you both!

Today we finished closing out one PS unit at the Jeffrey facility and took possession of another two. Of course, moving is always hard work! But PS Manager Howard patiently went through all our options and overcame an unresponsive computer to get us exactly what we wanted. It was such a pleasure to work with someone who clearly knew all the ins and outs.
We had an amazing experience at this storage facility, it is clean, well maintained, and the customer service was excellent. Haven't met the manager yet but based on the employees I have met they all seem to be great Scott was eager and and dedicated to getting me signed up and Maryland no Marion, stupid phone Miriam whatever... took me all around to all the units available I needed to see so I can check the sizes, so the manager must really must be great too.

You will not believe how easy was it to rent a storage from this location. Brittany, who helped me to rent a storage, was very professional, efficient and helpful. It took only 20 minutes to finish the whole process including walking to my unit and going through all paperwork. The place is extremely clean and neat. Highly recommend it.

One star to the district manager as well as to the local manager of that facility. I used to be their customer for almost 3 years and never had any issues with Brittany (The previous manager). Unfortunately, public storage does not respect their customers at all. I have found a better RV parking facility a few miles ago and highly recommend to those who are looking to keep the vehicles to Google RV storage depot first
