This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The manager was accommodating, professional, and personable. The customer service here is fantastic. The units are well kept and easy to access. It’s in a great location with really reasonable rates. I would definitely use them again.
We had a larger unit and moved some things out and still kept a smaller unit. Miriam walked by and asked if we needed anything upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful. Helped me with the door lock and even opened the gate for me on the way out! 10 out of 10.

The facility is clean and well maintained, and the customer service is top notch.
The staff is very nice ,Maneger very helpful but even I stayed less then 60 days ,they charged me 90 day ..They should change this policy ..Now I have to pay another 1 month where is they are probably rent it some one as soon as I left ..I know what they do legal but not fair…

I usually don’t leave reviews but my past couple of experiences at several Public Storage facilities in the area have made me feel like, wow OKK !! Why didn’t I know about them before ? I say that because literally all 3 of the managers at the different locations in the area have been so helpful! They have explained very clearly the entire process and benefits like the app & I know it can be a pain to move or store for your business, but seriously they make it a pretty great experience when it comes to storing! I just want to say thank you so much to Miriam for being so outgoing, helpful and just looks like an awesome part of your company and just knows the business!!!

Just wanted to stop by and thank the Manager Miriam and PS for making my moms move in to her space super easy! She was confused on how the whole process worked. Miriam’s very inviting and knowledgeable, she explained everything and got us our unit. My mom was happy it wasn’t stressful like she thought it was going to be, will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of storage ! :)
I registered for a space via online Sunday, & I spoke to a rep in the office to make sure I can go in that day. & the rep said the the lock deposit would be refunded since I had my own lock. & she said that she would be there around 3 pm. So I went there around 3 pm, but the office was locked & no one was there. I called & left 2 messages to the office, but no one came or called me back after waiting for 30 min. So I called the headquarter ph# & cancelled the registration that day since I could not get into the storage, & I was told it would be refunded in 1 week after speaking to 2 reps at that headquarter office. But I got a call message from the local office next day with saying I had to call another 866 ph# to get a refund. So I called that ph# & was told I could not get any refund after speaking to 3 people at that ph#. & I have not received any refund except the lock deposit $20. The main problem is there's no one is taking responsibility there, but I was getting running around. Don't go there!

Public Storage on Franklin has been a great experience for our family. The location is secure and feels very safe to visit. We closed our unit recently after storing our Mother’s things over multiple years. Our thanks to all the professional employees we’ve encountered. Lastly, thank you to Miriam as she went above and beyond looking out for us on August 31st so we could close out the unit.
Public Storage always on the cutting edge of their business. An app to open the gate without having to get out and punch in a code. Whattttt?!!!! But today, I witnessed the manager, Miriam wiping down the key pad for the old schoolers like me, who still use it. I couldn't believe my eyes as I was just thinking the other day about how many people touch that key pad, she really blew my mind with that. Thanks Miriam for doing a great job and knowing it's the little stuff that counts. Always a good experience with Public Storage personnel.

So far so good! First time using a storage facility. Pretty easy setting it up online, but needed help once we physically found our unit. Thank goodness Scott, the manager, saw us and was ready to help. Super easy access once he showed us what to do. He’s on site from 9:30 to 6:00, which makes it nice there’s somebody available. Really clean space and clean facility. Love the app where we can open the gate for entry/leaving without exiting our vehicle. Thanks Scott for being so helpful and answering our questions! Super professional.

This is a huge facility. I was having serious issues until I found Scott. Scott helped me navigate to my storage and was sincere and extremely helpful. He remembered my name and gave me clear and easy instructions to follow.
